As reported byVG247, we don’t know much about how they’ll play or what they look like in action, but we do know that they’re part of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team. They join the already-available Zhu Yuan which means that you will soon be able to put together a full CISRT squad and use their faction synergy in combat.
In the English dub, Qingyi is voiced by Kira Buckland (Ann inSand Landand Jolyne in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) while Seth is voiced by Nazeeh Tarsha (Kafka Hibino in Kaiju No. 8 and Uou/Sao inStreet Fighter 6). In the Japanese dub, Qingyi is voiced by Maria Abo (minor roles inStar Wars: Visions and RPG Real Estate) and Seth is voiced by none other than Link himself Kengo Takanashi.
