If you’ve been playingHonkai: Star Railfor a while, you’re likely already used to seeing a new five-star unit being released on the limited banners every three weeks. These units can range from various paths and combat types, and some of them can almost be a must-pull, which is the case with Jiaoqiu.
Jiaoqiu is a five-star Fire unit following the path of Nihility, and he’s turning out to be one of the best debuffers in the game, especially for the likes of Acheron. If you’re planning to pull for him, you’ll need to farm the following materials for his upgrade.

You’ll need these materials to get Jiaoqiu up to level 80:

You’ll need some extra credits and variouscharacter EXP materials to upgrade Jiaoqiuapart from the ones mentioned above.
Out of all these materials, you can easily get the Raging Heart drop from the Shape of Ire Stagnant Shadow in the Dewlight Pavilion area. While this area is a part of Penacony, you can access this Stagnant Shadow temporarily when Jiaoqiu is on-banner even if you haven’t unlocked the area yet.
Moreover, if you want to farm his mob drops, you simply have to go to variousareas of the Xianzhou Luofuwith enemies on it. You canfind mara-struck enemies scattered all across this region, making these items easy to farm.
Jiaoqiu Trace Materials
Jiaoqiu will have four main upgradeable traces in Honkai: Star Rail apart from various Bonus Abilities and other stat nodes. Onceyou’ve reached the right ascension to upgrade these traces, here are the materials you’ll need for each level:

You can get Fiery Spirit, Starfire Essence, and Heaven Incineratorfrom the Crimson Calyx in Alchemy Commission. Moreover, Regret of Infinite Ochema is a weekly boss drop that can be farmed bydefeating the Divine Seed Echo of War.
The materials mentioned above are the requirements for each trace, which means thatyou’ll need thrice the amount for all of them.
