Befriending Jafar takes time, and you’ll need to be patient with him. It’s not easy to go from being a scheming villain to an upstanding member of society, but with a bit of help, you can do it. Here’s how to help Jafar acclimate to the valley!

How To Unlock The Optics Of A Second Chance Friendship Quest

To unlock this quest, you’ll need toreach level two friendshipwith Jafar. You’ll also need toprogress further with EVEto ensure you have access to her house.

Talk to Jafarabout how he can helpstabilize the flattened objectsyou found during The Lesser Evil quest. He needs you to gather supplies for him.

Where To Find Jafar’s Tools

Thankfully, most of the supplies can befound in the Cave of Wonders. You’ll need tofind a mirror and two levers. The first lever can be found in the main chamber,on the floor next to a pile of goldon the right.

The second lever can befound in the puzzle room on the right, on the floor by the stairs. The mirror can be found in thepuzzle room on the left, on the ground by a functioning lever.

Next,head to EVE’s houseto crush a pile of junk in the corner. You’ll get allthree power cablesfrom it.Bring the materials to Jafarto proceed to the next step.

How To Complete Jafar’s Experiment

After bringing the supplies to Jafar, he tasks you with crafting a Dimensional Prism. You’ll need to gather a variety of gemstones from around Eternity Isle. Below are the gems you need and where you can find them:

The Promenade

Once you have one of each gem, you canput them together at a Crafting Stationto create the Dimensional Prism. Bring it to Jafar in his laboratory.

He’ll ask you toinstall everything and conduct the experimenton his behalf. To start,plug in the power cablesto connect the Power Coil to the door. Next,use the lever attached to the doorto open the Experiment Chamber.

Place the three 2D objects insidethe Experiment Chamber, thenplace the Dimensional Prism on the Pedestaland close the door. Head to Jafar’s machine andactivate the power leverto begin the experiment.

A rainbow beam will be cast towards the door.Open the Experiment Chamber againand collect the stabilized objects.Show them to Jafarto move on to the next steps.

Where To Place The Geometrically Stabilized Objects

With the items stabilized, it’s time toplace them back in their respective biomes. However, Jafar is of no help here. You’ll need to remember where each of them goes.
