Overlook Town is going to be one of your first bigger settlements to discover inOnce Human. The smaller settlement discoveries are easier to handle because you can find the loot crates better with a smaller playing ground. Overlook Town has a lot of different buildings, making it hard to know where to look.

Where Is The Weapon Crate?
The Weapon Crate is the easiest to spot in Overlook Town. It sits ominously in thecenter of a small stadiumin with a broken screen. If you walk too close to the broken screen, amini-boss fight will ensueagainst a giant deviant.
The Weapon Crate contains 35 Energy Link, aTorch, Weapon Amplifier mod, 5 Staroid, Molotov Cocktails, and randomized Copper Ammo for up to two different weapons.
How To Defeat The Boss
Overlook Town is a Level Three settlement. This means that you should be able to take this mini-boss down fairly easily. To defeat the boss, you shouldaim for the glowing pink spotson his legs. Shooting the pink areas will deal greater damage and eventually knock him down.
If you get close, the deviant will perform asmash-down attackthat has a small AOE.Ranged damage will be more efficienthere.
When this boss is knocked down, a weak spot will open. The inside of its head will be more accessible. Use all your firepower andaim for the inside of its headfor critical hits to finish him off.
Where Is The Gear Crate?
This is the toughest crate to find unless you explore each building thoroughly. The Gear Crate in Overlook Town islocated inside the basement of the Panoramagrocery building. Once inside the building, walk all the way to the back where you will find storage.To your right, there should be double doorsleading to the basement. The only notable thing in the basement is the Gear Crate.
The Gear Crate contains 32 Energy Link, Weapon Amplifier mod, and fiveStaroid.
What Are The Events And Notable Loot?
This town is quite large. You can find multiple regular storage crates within the different structures in town. The most notable loot is the mysterious red loot crate that you can find one of in each settlement. The mysterious loot crate, or “mysterious treasure”, is directlyinside the Panorama buildingandcontains ten fragments of the Blast Suit blueprint.
The most notable event is the optional boss fight near the Gear Crate, in the stadium.Defeating this mini-boss rewards you with regular upgrade materialssuch as Energy Link, Acid, and scrap.
