As you progress throughBlack Myth: Wukong, you’ll face numerous boss fights, each unique in design, attack patterns, and difficulty. Between these intense battles, you’ll explore various regions, seeking valuable materials and loot.

As you delve deeper into these regions, you’ll encounter various characters and NPCs. Some will offer assistance, while others may request favors, rewarding you for your efforts. The Fox quest is just one example of the many side quests available throughout the game.

How To Start The Fox Quest

The Fox quest takes place midway through Chapter Three, specifically after you reach theValley of Ecstasy - Forest of Felicity Keeper’s Shrine, following the turtle event.

Just a few steps ahead of this shrine, you’ll spota corpse with a fox scarf on it.Interacting with ittriggers a dialogue and then a cutscene whereyou’ll be transformed into a fox.

you’re able to switch back to the Destined One at any time, and then use the item in your inventory calledSnow Fox Brushto return to Fox form, which you will need later.

How To Complete The Fox Quest

Now the Fox wants you to seek revenge on an enemy located in theNew Thunderclap Temple. Follow the main path from the fox, which will lead you to the temple entrance, guarded bythe Captain Kalpa-Wave boss.

After defeating the boss, you will find a Keeper’s Shrine, which will serve as your starting point.

Head straightinto the building in front of you, then exit to find some stairs;take the ones on the left. From here, continue ahead, thentake the stairs down on the leftand enter the building ahead.

Inside, you’ll findanother set of stairs on the rightleading to the upper floor, but be cautious of the few enemies here. Once on the upper floor, exit to the outside andturn rightto reach the west side, where you’ll seeanother set of stairs leading to a temple.

The idea is tokeep progressing west through the New Thunderclap Temple to reach your destination.

Before you proceed,USE the Snow Fox Brush to transform into a Fox, then enter the temple. This will trigger a cutscene anda secret boss fight against Non-Void.

Defeat the boss, thenreturn to the fox corpse where you first found itandinteract with itone last time to receive your rewards, includinga Snow Fox Brush Curios that extends the duration of all your transformations.
