Aalto is a four-star Aero pistol user inWuthering Waves. He is a support character that is focused on buffing his teammate’s damage and Concerto efficiency. Aalto is the only character made to be a pure Aero damage buffer. He is an excellent pick for team compositions that includes great Aero damage dealers like Jiyan.
Aalto is a great character to ascend and build if your main damage dealers are Aero. The boss mat required for ascending Aalto is Roaring Rock Fist, which can be obtained by defeating the boss Feilian Beringal. Other collectibles needed are Wintry Bell flowers and Howler Cores.

Where To Get Roaring Rock Fists
Roaring Rock Fists can be obtainedby defeating Feilian Beringal, which is an Aero attribute boss that resides inside theGiant Banyan in the Dim Forest region. The location of Feilian Beringal is clearly indicated on the World Map.
If you are having trouble finding the entrance to Feilian Beringal, you may find it byactivating the Resonance Becon northwest of Giant Banyan. You will be facing a cave that leads to the Feilian Beringal right after teleporting to this Resonance Beacon.
60 Waveplates are required to collect the rewards for defeating Feilian Beringal, and you can obtaintwo to three Roaring Rock Fistseach time.

Shifang Pharmacy islocated in Jinzhouand can be easily navigated from the World Map. You canbuy a total of 15 Wintry Bellsfrom Shifang Pharmacy by spending Shell Credits.
Each Wintry Bell costs3,000 Shell Creditsand a total of45,000 Shell Creditsare needed to buy 15 Wintry Bells.
Shifang Pharmacy has a weekly reset in which all items are restocked. The shop resets at4:00 AM CST, Asia(UTC +8), every Monday.

Phlogistonscan be consistently obtained by completing theForgery Challenge Marigold Woods in the Central Plains. Other but temporary sources include buying them from theSouvenir Store in Jingzhouby using Wood textured Shards, and buying them from theWeapon shop in Tiger’s Maw Mineby using Lampylumens.
Weapon Shop in Tiger’s Maw Mine is unlockedafter completing the Exploration Quest “Tiger’s Maw”.
ThenHowler Corescan be obtained from all forgery challenges andby killing Tacet discords. Some of the Tacet Discords that drop Howler Cores areHoartoises, all types of Dreadmanes, all types of Hooscamps, etc. The areasurrounding the Giant Banyanin the Dim Forest Region has plenty of Hooscamps. This is a great spot if you are looking to farm a lot of Howler Cores.
Finally,Monument Bellscan be obtained bydefeating the weekly boss, Bell Borne Geochelone. Monument Bells are required for unlocking Inherent Skills and upgrading skills past level 6.
