Fuel can be hard to find, however, if you don’t know exactly where to look. If you are struggling to find fuel, or didn’t know that you could make even better fuel, this guide has you covered so you can speed down the countryside in no time.
Where To Find Fuel
There aretwo types of fuelin Once Human:Portable Mixed FuelandBarreled Premium Fuel,withPortable Mixed Fuel being the easiest to find.
Where To Find It
Portable Mixed Fuel.
This fuel can be looted from thetrunks of abandoned cars, most often found along thesides of roads.
Barreled Premium Fuel
While you can rarely find this fuel,the best way to get it is by making it using therefinery.
The islands found to thesoutheastare a great spot to find plenty ofdeserted cars. Additionally, if you are on aPVP server, you can participate inoil refinerybattlesand get fuel as a reward.
How To Make Fuel
To make therefinery, you must firstunlock it as amemetic. It can be found under theinfrastructure taband is labeled ‘fuel refinery.’
Once you have the refinery unlocked, you will need the followingingredientsto make it:
It will also need10W ofelectricityto run, so you will need to hook it up to an appropriate power generator.
Once it is up and running, you will be able to put in50 Portable Mixed Fuelto makeone Barreled Premium Fuel.
How To Use Fuel
With the fuel in your inventory,go up to your vehicleandpress ‘g’to open up the refuel menu. Here,either type of fuelcan be inserted using a slider, and finalized bypressing ‘f’.
Fuel can also be used topower defense itemssuch as turrets, which can be fueled in the same way.
