Elden Ringis a big game. It is one of FromSoftware’s biggest games, in fact. Somehow, Shadow of the Erdtree manages to be massive as well in a way that adds so much verticality it makes the base game seem comparatively flat. With this scale comes some unique leveling methods exclusive to the Realm of Shadow.
While Scadutree Fragments exist for the benefit of your own stats, Revered Spirit Ash buffs both Torrent and your summoned spirits. With25 to find to fully max outyour Revered Spirit Ash Blessing, it may take you some time to find them all. That’s why we’re here to help.
In case you were mispronouncing ‘Scadu’ like the rest of us, it’s actually pronounced like ‘Shadow’ as it’s based on Old English.
Gravesite Plains
Excluding the legacy dungeons of Belurat and Enir-Ilim, theGravesite Plains contains just four Revered Spirit Ashesfor you to find.
Revered Spirit Ash 1
This Revered Spirit Ash can be found to thenorth of the Ellac Greatbridgeand Crossroads Cross. Around the cliff from the Ailing Settlement will be a headless statue holding the Revered Spirit Ash.
Revered Spirit Ash 2
Across the Ellac Greatbridge and down south, the path will split in two.Take the path that goes downwardsand follow it around until you reach the Ellac River cave. In here, you will find another headless statue holding the Revered Spirit Ash.
Revered Spirit Ash 3
From the Belurat Cross, travel south along the cliff to enter the Crossroads Terminus.Travel to the small pond to the eastof here to find another headless statue on the cliff edge with another Revered Spirit Ash.
Revered Spirit Ash 4
From the Scorched Ruins close to where you first enter the Realm of Shadow, travel to the south-east in the direction of the Church of Consolation.On the cliff edge here above the ravineyou will find yet another headless statue holding the Revered Spirit Ash.
Scadu Altus
TheScadu Altus holds yet another four Revered Spirit Ashesto find, with none whatsoever to be found in Castle Ensis.
An interesting fact - Revered Spirit Ashes are exclusively found on and around those native to the Realm of Shadow and none on Messmer’s Crusaders.
Revered Spirit Ash 5
This Revered Spirit Ash isfound in the ravine that splits Bonny Village in half, right by the very end. To enter Bonny Village, you must find the ruins at the bottom of Moorth and find a ladder that ascends into Bonny Village.
Revered Spirit Ash 6
Traveling east from the Scadu Altus site of grace will lead you to the Moorth Ruins.Travel further west to the cliff that overlooks Bonny Villageto find a headless statue holding the next Revered Spirit Ash.
You can also find Dryleaf Dane by the entrance of Moorth Ruins if you’re interested in a silent showdown thatgives you the Dryleaf Arts.
Revered Spirit Ash 7
This Revered Spirit Ash can be found by the eastern edge of the Ruins of Unte in the hands of a headless statue. To access the Ruins of Unte, you must first drain the water in the Sunken District of the Shadow Keep and then find asmall secret area along the lower walkways that has a coffin you’re able to enter. This will drop you into the Ruins of Unte.
Revered Spirit Ash 8
To the south and below Bonny Village will be a smaller area filled with Man-flies rather aptly called the Village of Flies. To actually reach this area though you must first access the Ruins of Unte andfollow the Recluse River further south. The Revered Spirit Ash will as typical be in the hands of a headless statue.
Rauh Ruins
Like the other regions in Shadow of the Erdtree,the Rauh Ruins, both above and below, contain only four Revered Spirit Ashes.
Revered Spirit Ash 9
This Revered Spirit Ash can be found in the western section of the Rauh Ruins, past the Furnace Golem. It can be found bytraveling north past once you cross the bridge into the western sectionuntil you enter the ruins proper. You will find an enemy inside holding a sparkling jar. Defeat them to get the Revered Spirit Ash.
Enemies holding sparkling jars above their heads disappear after a few seconds, so verify to defeat them as quickly as possible.
Revered Spirit Ash 10
In the western section of Rauh Ruins, you will find some raised areas above where the Furnace Golem was located. Travelling to the southwest will have you enter another set of ruins that will eventually lead to an elevator upwards.In the central pagoda, you will find the Revered Spirit Ash in the hands of a headless statue.
Be wary of the Hornsent Warriors patrolling here. They’re very strong and exceptionally hard to stagger.
Revered Spirit Ash 11
This time in the Base section of the Rauh region, you will find this Revered Spirit Ash in the Temple Town Ruins.Once you enter the raised town itself, travel south, and the Revered Spirit Ash will once again be found in the hands of a headless statue.
The Base section of Rauh is not entered through the raised ruins but from a small cave north of the Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus.
Revered Spirit Ash 12
After entering the Rauh Ruins from the Minor Viaduct site of grace, proceed downwards until you enter a set of caverns. Continue up the stairs and into the larger room until you come across anenemy holding a sparkling jar. Defeat them to acquire the Revered Spirit Ash.
There is a Curseblade in this room that can be very difficult to manage, so be wary of them while you’re on the hunt for this particular Revered Spirit Ash.
Legacy Dungeons
The remaining 13 Revered Spirit Ashes are all contained within the legacy dungeons of Belurat, Enir-Ilim, Shadow Keep, and Midra Manse.
Revered Spirit Ash 13
This Revered Spirit Ash can befound shortly before the Dancing Lion boss, resting in the hands of a headless statue near the top of Belurat, Tower Settlement.
Revered Spirit Ash 14
In Belurat, you will find a bridge in the eastern section of the settlement that leads to both a Horsent Warrior and an enemy holding a sparkling jar.Defeat the enemy with the jarto get the Revered Spirit Ash. Just keep an eye out for the Hornsent Warrior and nearby Gravebirds.
Revered Spirit Ash 15 - 16
This Revered Spirit Ash is hard to miss.As soon as you open the gates to Beluratfrom the Miquella’s Cross outside, you will be greeted with a statue of a Hornsent holding the Revered Spirit Ashes in their hands. They will give you two of them.
Revered Spirit Ash 17
Immediately after beating the Dancing Lion of Belurat. You may proceed further past them to an even higher section of Belurat. Though it will likely be obscured by shadow at the top, you can at least pick up the Revered Spirit Ash from the statue on the way.
Revered Spirit Ash 18
The Shadow Keep is a very large legacy dungeon, so you’ll want to start from the Specimen Storehouse for this one.Beginning from the Seventh Floor site of grace, proceed outwards and run to the farthest back of this floor. At the very back, you will be able to jump onto the back of a large animal Hornsent corpse to get the Revered Spirit Ash.
Freyja can also be found at the Seventh Floor Site of Grace, with Ansbach tucked away in a side room on the bottom floor.
Revered Spirit Ash 19
This Revered Spirit Ash is also found in the Specimen Storehouse on the back of a giant calcified Hornsent animal. To reach it, start from the Seventh Floor site of Grace and travel down a level to the central pillar.If you’ve pulled the lever in the room, you may scale this central pillar and jump directly onto the back of the Hornsent animal holding the Revered Spirit Ash.
Revered Spirit Ash 20
Located deep in the Abyssal Woods is the Midra Manse, home of Frenzy. Within it, you will find yet another Revered Spirit Ash. This time, it can be found bydefeating one of the large Inquisitorsfound roaming the halls of the manse.

Revered Spirit Ash 21
Right by the boss room of the Midra Manse, if you step back a room you will find achandelier with an item atop it. Jump to it and pick up this item to acquire the next Revered Spirit Ash.
Revered Spirit Ash 22
After burning the sealing tree, you are free to enter Enir-Ilim, the area above Belurat. This Revered Spirit Ash can be found by defeating the large inquisitor roaming the large courtyard shortly fast the First Rise site of grace.
To burn the Sealing Tree in the Rauh Ruins, you must first acquireMessmer’s Kindling.
Revered Spirit Ash 23 - 24
This Revered Spirit Ash is found in asmall underground garden within Enir-Ilim, not far from the First Rise site of grace. Pick up the Revered Spirit Ashes here to get two more for your collection.
Revered Spirit Ash 25
The final Revered Spirit Ash of Enir-Ilim can be found near its zenith. While ascending its rooftops, you will come acrossa tower that spirals up multiple levels. In one such level, you will find the Revered Spirit Ash.
On another of these levels, you will find a Scadutree Fragment on an altar.
