Even scoundrels like Kay and Nix need to stop and eat now and then. Luckily for these two, every planet they visit inStar Wars Outlawshas a street vendor selling hot, fresh, and delicious meals that Kay and Nix can share together.
After a meal has been unlocked, it can be applied to Nix’s loadout as a bonus. Each one gives Nix a special ability to help Kay with her stealth or combat. Here we have for you a complete breakdown of where to find the vendors, and what bonuses each treat provides.
How To Find Street Food Vendors
There arefour total street food vendorsin Star Wars Outlaws, one in each system.They are locatedwithin the major city on each planetin the system. Some of them you’ll find right away, others you might have towalk around for a bit to find.
You’ll usually get an audio cue from Nix when one is close by, to whichKay will respond with something like “Something smells good.“When you hear dialogue from Kay along these lines, you’ll know you’re close to a vendor.
Once a vendor has been discovered, an icon thatlooks like a soup bowl will display on the mapshowing you its location. So if you didn’t get a chance to stop there before,you’ll still be able to find it.
When you find the vendor,walk up to the booth and press the button to sit down. An interactive cutscene will start with a fun mini-game you can play while Kay and Nix eat. Luckily, there are no negative consequences for missing the prompts, the scene will just take a little longer.
All Nix Treat Locations And Their Bonuses
Once the meal is over, Kay and Nix leave the table, and themeal they just shared is unlocked as a Nix treat.
Each of the four treats you may apply to Nix providescertain distraction and attacking boosts. They can be found and unlocked at each vendor location.
City: Kijimi City
Area: Kijimiko Square
Nix can distract multiple enemies at a time, but the distract range is reduced.
City: Mos Eisley
Area: Bazaar
Nix attacks now make enemies wreak havoc, causing them to shoot wildly in all directions.
Once you’ve collected all four Nix Treats, you’llunlock the Galactic Gourmet trophy/achievement.
