InFallout: London, there are many factions you’re able to join, each vying for control of the war-torn capital’s streets. One of those factions is the Vagabonds, a rough-around-the-edges band of Peaky Blinders-inspired gangsters. While their cause started noble, a betrayal by the Dogs has pushed them down a more violent path.
This has made the Vagabonds a bit wary of outsiders like you, but should you prove your worth through a series of quests, they’ll start putting their trust in you. By the time you wrap up the “Welcome to the Vagabonds” quest, you’ll have earned your place among them.

How To Start The Welcome To The Vagabonds Quest
The Welcome to the Vagabonds quest kicks off right after you’ve wrapped up theMeeting in Millwall rescue mission. Once youregroup with Yvette and Uma at the Smoking Loungesafehouse, Johnny will come through on the radio, thanking you for your efforts and advising you tomeet with their leader,Sebastian Gaunt, at thegang’s headquarters.
From your first encounter with Sebastian, it’s clear that the Vagabonds and the Isle of Dogs Syndicate have been at each other’s throats for quite some time.

When youreturn to the Swan and Mitre pubon Johnny’s advice, Sebastian will give you a chance tojoin their ranks officially. However, every new recruit must go through the task ofeliminating a Dog.This isn’t just any mutt, though; your target is aSyndicate enforcer captain, and Sebastian requires theirlapel pinas proof.
How To Prepare For The Welcome To The Vagabonds Quest
To take down a Syndicate enforcer captain, you’ll, of course, want to be well-prepared for the task. Luckily, some of theVagabonds Lieutenantsare more than happy to kit you out withsome gear.
These Lieutenants will alsorequest some optional itemswhile you’re at it with the Welcome to the Vagabonds quest. They’re not worth the hassle since they don’t give you anything in return.
Where To Find A Syndicate Enforcer Captain
The only problem is that Sebastian gives you the task butdoesn’t exactly spell out what a Syndicate enforcer captain is.
Luckily, once you’ve geared up, you canspeak with “Blind” Nelson, who’ll fill you in, and he’ll let you know thattaking down anIsle of Dogs Snifferwill get the job done.
You’llfind an Isle of Dogs Snifferpretty mucheverywhere in Millwall, usuallyroaming the streets with three to four Syndicate Pupsin tow.
For thequickest encounter, fast travel toBeefeater Burgerin Millwall, and you’ll land on top of one.
Ensure youget to cover quicklyin Beefeater Burger, as the Sniffer and their lackeys willopen fire immediately.
The key is totackle the foes one at a time, starting with the small fries and moving on to Sniffer in the end. Once they’re all dead, you cansafely loot their bodies.
From the IODs Sniffer’s body, you canloot their lapel pin, andbring it back to Sebastian.
When you return to Sebastian at the Swan and Mitre pub with the lapel pin in hand, you’llcomplete the Welcome to the Vagabondsquest. Alongsidereceiving some XP, you’ll also getyour very own Vagabond’s cap, marking your official entry into the gang.
From here on forward, the upcoming quests for the Vagabonds will see youtaking the fight directly into the IODs’s turf, invading some of their key locations. So, gear up and get ready, as things are about to heat up.
