Like many cozy farming sims, you’ll need to craft all sorts of materials as you progress inEverafter Falls,so you can unlock new tools, crafting stations, and fulfill quests. Several of them can be found pretty easily, like Wood and Stone, but others aren’t as obvious.
Black Bricks are one of these materials, and you’ll need several of them to make some handy advanced crafting stations and for some upgrades for your farm. If you’re in dire need of some, but having trouble finding them, we’ll tell you exactly how to make them and get progressing to a bigger and better farm.

How To Make Black Bricks
If you need Black Bricks for a recipe, you’ll firstneed several crafting stationsavailable to you: theShell Crusherandthe Furnance, as well assome Coal, which you canfind in some spots around Everafter Fallsor randomly inrooms within the Era Rune Dungeon.

you’re able to place down anInformation Signand thenselect it while holding a crafting stationto imprint the station on it and give you theability to see all the recipes made by itwhen reading the sign.
Next,time to gather some Shells or Sea Starsand make some Bricks. You canfind different types of shells and sea starsalong thecoastal areas of Everafter Falls each day, and each shell type can becrushed into between one and three Bricks, depending on the type of shell.
Place the shellsyou find in the Shell Crusher byselecting it while holding a shell, and it’llturn it into a Brickwithin around45 in-game minutesof time regardless of how many Bricks the shell produces.
You can also occasionallyfind shells and Starfish by fishingfor them alongside other drops like fish, other sea life, and Elfstones.
Once they’re finished,grab some Coalandtake five Bricks over to your Furnaceand put them in. After around12 hours in-game, you’llhave a Black Brickcooked up, and you can use this tomake more advanced crafting stationslike the Glass Maker or the Fruit and Honey Press.
