Where Do Truffle Crabs Spawn?
Truffle Crabs willonly appear if you already have a pig on your farm.When thePigin question digs up aTruffle,there is a 0.2 percent chance that this will be a Truffle Crab(instead of the normal item).
At first glance, the crab will look just like a truffle, but once you are nearby,little green legs will appear and they will move around.These crabs are virtually thesame as crabs that you canfind in the Mines.
Since pigs only gather truffles outside,you will not find any Truffle Crabsduring the Winter.Pigs remain in the barn all season.
How To Defeat A Truffle Crab
When stationary, Truffle Crabs won’t take damage. As you approach within one tile though,the crab will begin to move, making them vulnerable.To attack, you simply need to get close enough (causing their legs to pop out) and thenswing any melee weapon.
