The Yatagarasu, the smuggling, Interpol’s involvement: all will become clear, and all thanks to Edgeworth and his trusty team of allies. Inevitably, this involves some very tricky investigations and cross-examinations, so we’ve prepared a full spoiler-free walkthrough that will see you safely from the beginning right to the end of the end.
Exploration: The Cohdopian Embassy
While the intro shows you a snippet of events to come, you’ll begin this episode in relatively peaceful circumstances. When you first gain control, you’ll be in the Cohdopian Embassy. You’ll be treated to a rundown of the countries of Babahl and Allebahst, and you’ll also get some reminders of past events.
To progress,examine the pamphlets to the left of the double doorsand thenspeak to the Steel Samuraiwho shows up.

Begin this investigation by examining thebody on the ground. Take a close look at theYatagarasu’s key in his pocket, as well as hiswound, hishand, and theknifeon the ground next to him.

When the secret compartment is open, look at thedocuments on the bottom level to progress.
Once you’ve made the connection between Franziska and the stealing of a secret,talk to her about smugglingto receive a document.
To finish the investigation,examine the opened safeagainandDeduce the papers on the bottom, using theCohdopian Paper Documentto prove a link. This will lead you to the first cross-examination of the episode.

Investigation: Allebahstian Embassy - Ambassador’s Office
After speaking to Detective Badd about both dialogue choices, your investigation will begin in earnest. Examine the following spots:
After examining everything, head back to the wall filled with weapons andDeduce the spear with the bent spearhead, using theSteel Samurai’s Autographto point out a contradiction. With that done,talk to Larry about all of his dialogue options.
Now, examine thestatuein the middle of the room again andDeduce it, presenting thePhoto with Steel Samuraito point out another contradiction.
The Pink Princess will show up now - talk to her about everything. A scene will follow that gets you theLady’s Undershirtin your organiser -present this to Oldbagand thentalk to her about the Samurai Dogs. With this, you have all the clues you need to finish the investigation with some deductions.

This will end this section of the episode. After the break,talk to Palaeno and present him with Allebahst’s Primidux Statue. Then,talk to Gumshoe to progress. Leave the area to the south and head left through the lobby to reach the next investigation.
Investigation: Rose Garden
This is a quick sequence. Examine the following:
Talk to Agent Langafter examining the area, and you’ll head to the investigation’s conclusion.

Kay will turn the office into a recreation. With the office in this state, examine the following:
