This is a great way to beef up the less expensive cards played early on, but once Moff Gideon is deployed, things get even better. Now, he not only has Overwhelm, but all those cheap units also get Overwhelm as well. This allows you to really dominate those early battles.

Bossk is one of the best Bounty-centric Leaders introduced in Shadows of the Galaxy. Bossk is always on your enemy unit’s tails when it comes to defeating them and collecting their Bounties. With multiple methods of dealing damage, Bossk’s best ability comes when deployed.
When Bossk is deployed as a Leader unit, he is personally on the battlefield to collect his due. So, when you defeat an enemy unit with a bounty, you’re able to collect the reward twice. This makes him powerful in the right hands.
7Boba Fett, Daimyo
Keyword Units Get Boosted
The deadliest bounty hunterin the galaxy has a pretty simple ability that has the potential to go a long way. When you play units that have one or more keywords, you can exhaust Boba Fett to give that unit a plus one in power for the phase.
This perfectly fits with so many units, especially since the ones with keywords are already going to be your go-to units for your deck. In addition to this, when deployed, Boba Fett gives all those units with keywords the buff.
6Gar Saxon, Viceroy Of Mandalore
Reuse Your Upgrades
Gar Saxon has a simple ability as a Leader which revolves around giving your units Upgrades. While Gar Saxon is your Leader, all Units with Upgrades get a buff in power of plus one. Considering Upgrades are buffs themselves, this tactic adds even more to their value.
The most important strategy for this Leader is getting deployed and allowing your other units to drop their Upgrades when defeated. This is an excellent way to recycle your buffs instead of sending them to the discard pile and never seeing them again.

Place Bounties And Capture Units
Jabba the Hutt is one ofthe most notorious villains in the Star Wars Universe. True to his nature and grand size, Jabba has a whopping HP of 12. He also has the ability to place a Bounty on the heads of different units. Claiming them reduces the cost of your future units by one.
When deployed, Jabba allows one of your units to capture one of your opponent’s units. If you placed a Bounty first, then this is the perfect chance to claim it. In addition to this, Bounties placed by a Deployed Jabba allow you to reduce the cost of cards by two.
4Kylo Ren, Rash And Deadly

Jedi turned to the dark side, Kylo Ren helps your units play aggressively by boosting their power in exchange for you discarding cards. While on paper, this might seem like a detriment to go negative in card hand advantage, there are other cards, such as Palpatine’s Return, that can help the discard pile into a treasure trove of value.
This can allow Kylo Ren to quickly ramp up your unit’s power for a full-on assault. If you play your cards right you might even be able to take down your opponent’s base faster than you might expect.

The most interesting thing about Rey is that she has six HP, meaning she will last quite a while, allowing you to take advantage of her Restore Three ability. With most other Restore-centric cards healing one or two HP from your base, seeing a Leader that can do three is absolutely busted.

One of the best leaders allows you to play more expensive cards earlier in exchange for them entering the battlefield with a little less HP. This is Han Solo, Worth the Risk. There are plenty of costly cards that can turn the tide in a match.
Han Solo changes the entire meta by allowing these strong cards to pop up earlier. With the addition of grit, Han Solo has even more usability with units that not only get less expensive but also get a power boost from the damage taken on entry.
1Qi’ra, I Alone Survived

If you’re looking for a leader who can make the most of your Grit cards, then Qi’ra has a deadly combo that might just be enough to overwhelm your enemies. She can deal damage to her friendly units to trigger their Grit keywords. She can also grant them shields to make up for their weakened states.
When deployed, Qi’ra will reset the board healthwise, then cut every unit’s health in half. This is an all-out Grit power move that makes all your opponent’s units weak enough to be taken out easily.
