Side sets in theDigimon Card Gameare often hit or miss. They usually include far less popular Digimon than your usual anime protagonists, but EX06 Infernal Ascension is quite the opposite. It includes amazing cards like the Seven Great Demon Lords and some excellent cards for angel fans to play with.
The alternate arts in the set are some of the best in the game. All of the Demon Lords have matching backgrounds with their seals proudly displayed and the chase textured cards are to die for. From the depths of hell to the mighty skies, let’s start collecting these beautiful cards!

10Mirei Mikagura - $53.18
Excellent Tamer To Support Mastemon
Upon its release in the Parallel World Tactician starter deck, Mastemon quickly became a fan-favorite within the player base. The decks came with a myriad of faults that were fixed inBT11 Dimensional Phase with the Mirei Tamer card.
With EX06’s Mirei Mikagura, Mastemon can keep up with faster decks by cheating out Digivolution costs and ending the turn with a Mastemon on board that your opponent will have a hard time dealing with. Sadly the card is one of the Secret Rares in the set, meaning it’ll cost you a pretty penny for a playset.
9Ogudomon (Alternate Art) - $54.53
Ogudomon being the other Secret Rare in the set and the main boss Digimon of the Seven Great Demon Lords deck, received more alternate arts than any Tamer could imagine. This alternate art features the mean Avatar Digimon posed with each of the Demon Lords’ weapons.
Even though this is an alternate art, the value is quite affordable given that the card will be quite hard to pull. Thankfully, EX06 Infernal Ascension has amazing pull rates, increasing your chances at the mighty and menacing Ogudomon.
8Lilithmon (Alternate Art) - $58.58
Lillithmon Is Here To Curse Your Opponent
Lilithmon was a fan-favorite card for a while due to the Lilith Loop deck that would consistently recycle your Option cards while gaining a ton of memory, so it’s no surprise that the EX06 version of theDemon Lordis still high on most fans’ list.
This alternate art shows Lilithmon’s Demon Lord insignia proudly glowing in the background. The art is beautiful and it matches the rest of the squad. The only issue is that you’ll probably want the rest of the Demon Lords for your collection.
7Lucemon: Chaos Mode (Alternate Art) - $62.91
Lucemon Support? Please And Thank You
Just like Lilithmon, the fallen angel also gets a stunning alternate art in EX06. The Demon Lord has sporadically gotten cards throughout the lifespan of the game but with BT18, Lucemon finally gets their own deck.
This Lucemon is an excellent way to remove your opponent’s Digimon, Tamers, and Security cards so you’ll want to pick a couple of these up to polish your Seven Great Demon Lords deck, or even prepare for even more angel support that Bandai will continue to release with every passing set.
6Mirei Mikagura (Alternate Art) - $77.20
Mirei Always Gets The Best Alternate Arts
If the regular version of EX06 Mirei was already expensive enough as it is, the alternate art version will send you directly into bankruptcy. If you’ve played the Digimon Story games, you’ll be head over heels for this artwork. If you’re looking to collect max rarity Mastemon cards, you’re in for a bad time if you want to minimize your spending.
Mirei’s classy demeanor is featured front and center surrounded by her beautiful Angewomon and LadyDevimon, ready to destroy their opponents with their mighty Jogress Digivolution, Mastemon.
5RagnaLoardmon ACE (Textured) - $173.00
The More Sources The Better
This is where the value of EX06 really starts skyrocketing. The set, just like BT17 before it, features a set of textured cards that have a shallow pull rate. For that reason, cards like this RagnaLoardmon are some of the most valuable in the set.
While RagnaLoardmon has not made any splashes in competitive play, this Ace card sets the Jogress deck for victory against most foes. With an excellent textured card like this, you will also be tasting victory with your sword and shield Digimon.
4Seraphimon ACE (Textured) - $187.50
King Of The Angels
Digimon that have appeared in the anime are always far more popular than others, especially if they have a beautiful textured chase card like this Seraphimon ACE. As Patamon’s Mega Digivolution and one of the most powerful angels, this tool for the holy decks is an excellent way to bolster up your Security while removing a threat from your opponent’s board. If you play this card correctly, you can even bounce a level seven Digimon!
Seraphimon ACE looks incredible in the textured foil, ready to command his armies of angels to conquer the skies.
3Cherubimon ACE (Textured) - $194.99
A Little Soft Baby
Cherubimon is one of the best cards to pull from EX06 Infernal Ascension, and not for the reasons you might think. The card is the boss Digimon that Cherubimon decks needed for a long time, but it is generic enough to splash into any yellow or green deck.
Not only does the card work great in just about any archetype, but the art in this textured ACE card is one of the cutest in the set. Just an adorable Cherubimon floating amidst the clouds. What’s not to love about it?
2Mastemon ACE (Textured) - $400.00
The Queen Is Back
It seems that every time Mastemon gets a chase card, the collectors’ tears can be heard for miles. This amazing textured card is a perfect vessel for the angel DNA Digimon as the high contrast of the foil shines with Mastemon’s black and white wings sprawled across the width of the card.
Digimon collectors will want to get their hands on this one quickly as the gold Mastemon from BT11 Dimensional Phase isstill extremely valuableand it doesn’t seem to be dropping any time soon.

Yellow And Purple? Ogudomon Has Been Drafted To The Lakers
The last textured card from Infernal Ascension is the final boss himself, Ogudomon. The massive combination of the Seven Great Demon Lords is displayed proudly in this gold, purple, and black foil as one of the best looking cards in the entire set.
This is the first time that Bandai is using this type of foil for a chase card so you might one ton pick one up for your collection even though it will cost and arm and a leg, or seven, when it comes to Ogudomon.
