With new Pokemon constantly being added to thePokemon TCG, there’s always room to welcome new legendaries to the fray, aspopular Pokemon like Ho-Oh boast valuable cardsto collect. Ogerpon is an unusual case, as this legendary Pokemon’s reputation as a villain muddled perceptions of it. However, with the truth out, enjoying the best Ogerpon cards is much easier.
As the new legendary introduced in Scarlet & Violet’s The Teal Mask DLC, Ogerpon is one of the latest Pokemon to join hundreds of its peers in the Pokemon TCG. Its fellow legendaries, the Loyal Three, appear amongthe most valuable cards in Shrouded Fable, but Ogerpon lays claim to another set: Twilight Masquerade.

Cards are ordered according to theirTCGPlayerMarket Price, which represents what you might pay on average for a copy of the cards below.
7Teal Mask Ogerpon (Pokemon Center Exclusive): S&V Promo Cards (Promo) – $14.76
All About The Pokemon Center Stamp
The smallest stamp can make the biggest difference when it comes to promo cards, as this Pokemon Center exclusivepushes for the $15 markwhile its non-Pokemon Center version is a fraction of the price.
While promos can be hit-or-miss, this Ogerpon features gorgeous artwork of this Pokemon as it appears to frolic through a field.

Ogerpon’s explosive rise from $12 to almost $15 during August 2024 is an incredible run that might define this card’s long-term future. While we should revisit this card in the future, all the signs are pointing to a long and prosperous life, butfuture Pokemon TCG releases could impact this projection.
6Hearthflame Mask Ogerpon Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Special Illustration Rare) – $14.93
Stoking The Flames
The Hearthflame Mask bears the unfortunate distinction of beingthe least valuable mask in Ogerpon’s Twilight Masquerade closet. The small green and orange Pokemon that dons this mask is nothing like the creature that emerges once the Hearthflame Mask is on.
Tonal shifts are a big theme in Ogerpon’s mask collection, but some work far better than others, and they rightfully command more money.

However, one of the masks had to be last, and at almost $15, this card still boasts a solid value. It suffered the biggest drop from the $50 range, down into the basement, and this version is one of the few Ogerpon cards to have a negative price trend, as itsunk from over $18 to about $14 in August 2024.
5Teal Mask Ogerpon Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Hyper Rare) – $18.12
A Golden Tera Transformation
This Hyper Rare offers one of the most jaw-dropping depictions of Ogerpon, even though this card’s price falls well short of the top spot. This card features the moment Ogerpon shifts into its Teal Mask form, as the tiny Pokemon can be seen in the background behind the mask.
Older sets likeFurious Fists boast valuable Secret Raresthat feature gold borders around popular Pokemon, like Lucario.

Unfortunately, this Ogerpon lost a ton of ground since release, though its recentrebound from the $15 mark up to its current value bodes extremely wellfor the long-term value of this card. With a strong trajectory propelling this card forward, it may catch up to the next Ogerpon by surpassing the $20 plateau.
4Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Special Illustration Rare) – $20.07
Climbing To The Upper Tier
The Cornerstone Mask is a massive tonal shift from the bright and bubbly personality Ogerpon displays when it’s not wearing its masks.
This dark, serious face makes Ogerpon feel more like Probopassthan a legendary Pokemon, though it’s still a well-crafted design.

However, popularity is (almost) everything when determining a card’s value, and the Cornerstone Mask falls short of its counterparts by a wide margin, losing out due to its slightly off-putting facade. This card’s trajectory is similar to the others, but there are some signs that its resurgence is rapidly approaching as it looks to climb into the mid-20s.
3Wellspring Mask Ogerpon Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Special Illustration Rare) – $24.79
Riding The Wave To The Top
Ogerpon’s versatile nature gives it an unusually malleable appearance, as each mask changes Ogerpon’s design significantly. This mask’s serene nature seems most compatible with Ogerpon’s cute-and-cuddly personality, giving it a leg up on some of its peers.
The cuteness factor often plays a role in determining a card’s value, as evidenced by some ofthe most expensive XY-era cards.

While there was never a chance for this card (or any of the mask variations) to maintain its astronomical debut value, this card’s drop from $60 into the $25 range feels fair, as it’s not the most desirable mask, but it’s still gorgeous in its own right. Given what the most valuable mask commands, this card is likely to respond to price fluctuations in the cards to come.
2Teal Mask Ogepron Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Special Illustration Rare) – $37.11
Can’t Beat The Original
The Teal Mask Ogerpon ex features this Pokemon in its iconic green headpiece, with a darker green background offering contrast to the lighter, verdant colors on the mask. Unsurprisingly, this card claims a spot amongthe most valuable cards in Twilight Masquerade,as the set features a heavy focus on Ogerpon as the main attraction.
While there are primarily near-mint (NM) sales that will capture your attention, you might find some small discounts if the condition doesn’t bother you. However, given the volume of NM cards available, sticking to these makes sense, especially whencertain LP copies have sold for $37, while NM copies often sell for the same amount.

1Teal Mask Ogerpon (Cosmos Holo): Gamestop Exclusive (Rare) – $39.95
A Gamestop (And EB Games) Appearance
While it’s unlikely to break into the upper echelon of themost valuable cards from the Scarlet & Violet era, this Gamestop-exclusive Ogerpon leads the pack, claiming the crown ofthe most expensive Ogerpon card. This card is exceptionally difficult to get if you don’t live in one of the countries where it was distributed, adding an extra layer of rarity.
This Gamestop promo ($39.95) was distributed inCanada, while the EB Games version ($33.00) was released inthe UK and Australia.
NM copies are rock-solid at the market price, with only a handful of listings available on TCGplayer, further illustrating how difficult it is to find this card. While scarcity will always be on this card’s side, Ogerpon’s relatively young TCG career is just starting, and there are many changes to come with new releases shifting the landscape of available Ogerpon cards.
