While all Pokemon are celebrated with their own cards in thePokemon TCG, a certain subset of Pokemon commands attention and value that surpasses almost all others: the Eeveelutions. Some ofthe most valuable Eeveelution cardsreach sky-high prices, with Flareon featuring as the Fire-type favorite of the bunch.
Though there’s no denying that Umbreon reigns with incrediblyvaluable cards like its Evolving SkiesVMAX alt-art, Flareon can hang with the big dogs too, boasting a beautiful batch of cards among its most valuable. From Power Keepers to Legendary Collection, Flareon cards appear ina variety of heavy-hitting sets.

Cards are valued according to theirTCGPlayerMarket Price, representing what you might pay for any(first edition, where applicable)copy of the cards below.
However, given their age and rarity, sale prices are vastly different depending on the card’s condition,so this market price is just a rough idea of the card’s value.

7Flareon: Sandstorm (Holo Rare) – $47.58
A Soft Spot For Flareon
It’s hard not to feel emotional when you see this card – just look at how sweet Flareon’s expression is, and you’ll develop a soft spot for this card from Sandstorm, one ofthe best EX-era sets. With a stunning art style to support the soft color palette, this Flareon combines all the right ingredients to produce a beautiful card.
While near-mint (NM) copies are difficult to get your hands on, you can find plenty of copies in lightly played (LP), moderately played (MP), or heavily played (HP) conditions, if the condition isn’t a deciding factor for you. You can find one in MP condition for about $22, whileNM copies will soar into the $50 range.

6Flareon: Delta Species (Holo Rare) – $49.59
Could Be In A Museum
This stunning Flareon from Delta Species offers a breathtaking depiction of one of the original Eeveelutions – and it’s not even the most valuable Flareon from its set. Though there’s more to come, this Flareon should be hung in an exhibit on whyPokemon cards are a social, shareable form of art.
Despite its age, you can findNM copiesof this card somewhat easily, with over six recent sales to confirm a valuation ofabout $40 to $50,with some nicer copies jumping just above the upper end.

5Flareon: Legendary Collection (Holo Rare) – $53.50
The First Twin
This stunning Flareon from the Legendary Collection pays homage to the original Jungle variation that will feature later on, but it doesn’t command anywhere near the same value.
Legendary Collection features reprints(using the same card art from an earlier set again) of some of the most popular cards in the early eras of Pokemon.

While the Reverse Holo can command up to $149 in LP condition, there isless sales data on TCGplayerto derive trends fromthan the Holo version.
While there isn’t much sales data for the Reverse Holofoil version of this card, theHolofoil sells consistently around $50,representing a fairly solid trading range of only a few dollars above and below that mark.

4Flareon: Skyridge (Holo Rare) – $103.73
The Cutest Flareon
Skyridge is one of the bestPokemon sets ever released, featuring all-time great cards like the Crystal Charizard and one ofthe most valuable Ho-Oh cards ever. This Flareon artwork features the classic cute and cartoonish characteristics you can see on many e-Reader-era cards.
This card’srarity, popularity, and desirability in graded condition make it exceptionally difficult to findraw, leaving very little sales data to portray an accurate depiction of its price.

A damaged copy has set the current TCGPlayer market price, but copies in NM condition are closer to the $250 range, making this carda future contender for the top spot.
3Flareon: Jungle (Holo Rare) – $141.00
Can You Spot The Difference?
This striking Flareon is one ofthe most valuable cards in Jungleand stands tall among the best Flareon cards too. In case you’re still stumped about what separates this card from the Legendary Collection version, take note of thefirst-edition stamp on the bottom left border of the artwork.
It’s incredible how much of a difference one small stamp can make, as this card outshines its nearly identical twin to the tune of about $90, easily eclipsing some of the other valuable Flareon cards. First-edition copies inNM condition can fetch well over $100,while HP copies can run you as little as $30.
2Flareon EX: Delta Species (Ultra Rare) – $153.00
Another Delta Species Diamond
The superb second Flareon from Delta Species boasts an EX to separate it from the prior version, which sells for about $100 less than this fantastic Flareon. The swirling dark background gives the bright yellow and orange flames a perfect canvas to capture your attention.
If you’re trying to buy this card on a budget, you can find it for relatively cheap if you don’t mind sacrificing perfect condition, as HP copies sell for under $40, while you’ll need to pay up to$153 for one in excellent condition.
1Flareon Star: Power Keepers (Ultra Rare) – $201.01
A Superstar Shiny
TheFlareon Staris the most valuable Flareon of all time, touting a terrific golden-orange color palette that pops along with the burst of beautiful holographic patterns in the background.
While this title will be up for dispute once certain cards on this list record more sales on TCGPlayer, this card still deserves to beconsidered among the best Flareon cards, even if its title is based on a technicality.
There’s no disputing that this is one of the most difficult cards to find raw in good condition, as only a fewNM copieshave sold, both reaching the$380 markto set the standard for the other conditions to fall under.
