While it usually boasts more muted colors, the Rainbow Secret Rare from Rebel Clash is an unusual design divergence for this Ghost Pokemon. While other variants may be simpler to wrap your head around, this card’s rarity props up the price, as it maintains acontinued upward trend from $11 to its current price.

Promo cards are often hit or miss, as some may remain in obscurity as barely worth more than a few dollars, but others like this Dragapult are highly collected.
