1Charizard: Stormfront (Secret Rare) – $299.95

Burning Through The Competition

It’s not a surprise to see Charizard leading the way in the Diamond and Pearl era, though not even this card can claim a spot amongthe top ten most valuable Charizard cards. Stormfront’s top card claims another crown, claiming the coveted spot of the best card in the D&P era.

In comparison tomodern eras like Sun & Moon, Diamond & Pearl’s top cards (with available prices) can’t compete with these modern marvels.

NM copiesbounce around in price depending on the particular copy, but they reachheights of about $300when they’re clean. Charizard always commands a premium, so it’s unlikely Glaceon will catch up, but there’s no telling what the Pokemon market has in store.
