ThePokemon TCGalways includes various Pokemon and Trainer cards in each set, though some familiar faces tend to rise to the top as the most valuable. Thebest cards from Sun & Moonlargely stick to the generation’s signature styles: full-arts and Rainbow Secret Rares.
The most expensive cards in Celestial Storm adhere strictly to these styles; however, this set has an incredible variety of Pokemon and underappreciated characters to enjoy. From all-time greats like Rayquaza to barely-seen characters like Copycat, the best Celestial Storm cards have a little of everything.

Cards are ordered according to theirTCGPlayermarket prices, which are subject to change.
10Blaziken GX (Secret Rare) – $22.35
Square Up To The Fire Chicken
In theory, Blaziken is a ridiculous Pokemon, but its fierce design, cool color palette, and immense strength make it one of the most valuable cards in Celestial Storm.
Blaziken isn’t the best Pokemon to get the Rainbow Secret Rare treatment,as its usual color scheme includes a few different colors and shades, making it difficult to spot its original color scheme when you tilt the card.

Despite the design clash, thisBlaziken boasts solid support at $20,as it typically rebounds after dipping down to that range. At just over $22, Blaziken starts things off with a solid value and is not too far away from its competition.
9Copycat (Full Art) – $23.91
Who’s That Fashion Offender?
Copycat might be one of the most bizarre Pokemon TCG cards you’ll find inany Sun & Moon era set, as this Trainer’s identity is unclear, even while they’re in disguise. The fact that Copycat is wearing mismatched clothes of other characters successfully portrays that this character can fit into any situation, but the fashion statement is criminal.
Putting aside the awful clash of colors, Copycat maintains a solid value, trading between $23 and $26 withoutmany sudden surges or dips. Consistency is good, especially in a card that likely won’t see much hype.

8Rayquaza GX (Full Art) – $25.22
Reign Of The Dragon
Rayquaza GX’s first appearance among the most valuable Celestial Storm cards offers a solid portrayal to appreciate, though the background color choice is probably worse than Copycat’s outfit. Background aside, Rayquaza looks great, as its features remain vibrant and distinct in the dull background.
There’s not much good newsabout Rayquaza’s price trend, as it has been on a fairlysteady decline from $29to its current levels. Luckily, despite the lackluster iteration, Rayquaza will have another chance at being the best card in Celestial Storm.

7Scizor GX (Secret Rare) – $27.04
A Perfect Rainbow Candidate
Scizor is a perfect example of a great Pokemon for a Rainbow Secret Rare, as it offers a much more satisfying rainbow shimmer, and you can evensee Scizor’s solid-red original coloring shining throughon its crown, wing, and claw on the right side of the card.
Scizor doesn’t have as many color accents and shades as Blaziken and offers much better visual appeal despite both Pokemon featuring red as their primary color.

Despite all that wonderful color theory, Scizor has seen a dip in value, sliding from $34 down to $26 before rebounding to its current value. Scizor’s popularity should keep it afloat at around $30, making it a relatively safe buy despite its dip.
6Tate & Liza (Full Art) – $30.87
Just Pick a Twinning Pun
Few words need to be said about this Psychic-type duo, as Tate and Liza lean heavily into their identical twin theme, boasting matching clothes, expressions, and poses to make it as hard as humanly possible to tell them apart.
Pro tip: check out their heads. Liza has thebigger hairon the right.

While the colors are great and the design is cute, this card continues to crumble, falling from its $38 perchto the $30 plateau, though it rebounded quickly when it hit that low. They’re not the most popular characters, so this card might not show many positive signs of movement without a catalyst.
5Rainbow Energy (Secret Rare) – $33.60
A Trippy Neutron
This card combines the best of both worlds when it comes to Secret Rares, as the energy features arainbow of colorson the card art, contrasting its Gold Secret Rare status. The shiny sparkles around the edges complement this collection of colors.
Despite the unique design, Rainbow Energy hasn’t maintained its prior $39 value, falling into the low 30sand meandering in that range for an extended period. Given the lack of momentum, thisseems likely to be the card’s rangefor the foreseeable future.

4Underground Expedition (Full Art) – $34.03
An Unprecedented Discovery
On the other side of the coin, Underground Expedition mirrors the light at the end of the tunnel from its card art in its price chart, as this card sees a bright future ahead. While the character depicted isn’t named, her surprise at what’s ahead is oddly appropriate for this card.
Underground Expedition once sat below the $30 ceiling, but broke through in a big way, catapulting up into the mid-30s,a significant surge for a card in this price range. While it lost momentum when it hit $35, this card’s chart feels ready to maintain a steady value.

3TV Reporter (Full Art) – $45.25
Are You Getting This?
Celestial Storm is a haven for underappreciated or unnamed characters, as TV Reporter represents the third full-art Trainer to appear without a specific name or only a title. While this reporter and her camera person seem focused on their job, they are an adorable duo in cute poses to appreciate.
However, despite such solid art, this card’s value has been anything but stable, sinking as low as $41 and surging as high as $55,TV Reporter has had an up-and-down journey to remember, especially as it sits in the middle of these values, waiting for the next move.

2Rayquaza GX (Secret Rare) – $96.69
The Magic Dragon
One of the most recognizable Dragon-type Pokemon of all time frequently finds itself among the best cardsfrom the most expensive products, particularly in the EX era. This Rainbow Secret Rare Rayquaza surges ahead of theTV Reporter, more than doubling its price.
On the negative side, Rayquaza couldn’t keep itself in the triple digits, as this card toppled from its high of about $125 to its current value, which is still respectable. However, such a huge drop-off is concerning, especially since there’s no clear end in sight.

1Lisia (Full Art) – $283.09
A Colorful Chase Card
Lisia boasts one of themost valuable full-art Trainer cards of all time, so it’s no surprise that she takes her place as the best card from Celestial Storm. This teen idol takes her seat at the head of the table with a gorgeous prism of pastel colors behind her to perfectly complement her dress and hair.
Lisia endured a massive hit to her value, dropping from around $300 to roughly $250, but she’sbeen rallying ever since then, slowly creeping back up into the 280s,leaving plenty of hope for her to return to her former highs. Regardless of what the future holds, Lisia is poised to be the most valuable Celestial Storm card for a long time.
