Summary

Not only do we still have more big games to come on theNintendo Switcheven though it is nowthe longest-tenured Nintendo home console of all time, but some of those games are from the platform’s heaviest hitters. We’re now less than two months away from a brand new Zelda game.Echoes Of Wisdomwill be released exclusively on Nintendo Switch on June 26, 2025, and pre-order bonuses have finally started to appear depending on where you’ve placed them.

The pre-order bonuses have been rolled out following a new five-minute trailer for Echoes Of Wisdom which, among other things, confirmedZelda gets a horse.

Nintendodoesn’t tend to do things in the same way as the rest of the video game industry, and that applies to pre-order bonuses too. Rather than releasing different editions of its games and giving everyone who places a pre-order the same bonus regardless of where they buy it, Nintendo tends to reveal the bonus months after pre-orders have gone live and makes them exclusive to particular storefronts. They’re often saved for Switch owners outside the US too, but not for Echoes Of Wisdom.

If you pre-order Echoes Of Wisom at GameStop, you’ll get a fabric poster that features Zelda brandishing her wand with her sidekick Tri alongside her. A GameStop exclusive so if you want the poster, you will either need to pre-order the game there or hope someone you know plans to do so and doesn’t want to keep the poster. The catch is the bonus only applies to pre-orders that are picked up in store, so if you have already placed one but you’re getting the game delivered, you’re not getting that poster.

Check Your Email, You Might Already Have One

Best Buy hasn’t added its Echoes Of Wisdom pre-order bonus to the upcoming Switch game’s store page yet, but it does have one. If you have pre-ordered the next Zelda game through Best Buy then you should have received an email letting you know that an Echoes Of Wisdom acrylic stand has been added to your order. The stand features the same image of Zelda with Tri as the poster but adds an Octorok and outs the three of them in a diorama with the game’s cover art behind them.

WHERE TO PLAY

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom sees you play as the titular princess, searching for Link and saving Hyrule in the process. She uses the Tri Rod to created echoes, duplicates of everything from tables to enemies, to help her on her journey.

Nowhere else, including Nintendo itself which is an interesting decision, appears to have Echoes Of Wisdom pre-order bonuses. In fact, the game isn’t available through Walmart or Amazon. Nintendo appears to have an unknown issue withthe two retailers having canceled pre-orders for other Switch games released this year. Neither Amazon nor Walmart even has the game listed, so no risk of canceled pre-orders this time, but Echoes Of Wisdom will likely be available at Walmart once it has been released.
