Summary

Mario Kart 8is the latest game in this beloved series. One of the greatest things about Mario Kart is that it has amazing tracks that differ in difficulty and keep you on your toes. There are tracks known forbeing immensely difficult, such as Rainbow Road, and others that are relatively easy, such as Mario Circuit.

If you’re new to the game, (or playing with a friend who is new to the game) you might be looking to tackle easier tracks. If you’re looking for tracks that are easy to conquer and get all three starts on, you’re in the right place. Below, you’ll find the eight easiest tracks in Mario Kart 8.

8Mario Circuit

Driftable Track

There are multiple Mario Circuits, but the easiest one is in the Flower Cup. One of the best things about this track is how easy it is to drift on it, and there are a lot of little bends, but the road is wide enough that drifting is a piece of cake.

This track doesn’t have a lot of obstacles, and there aren’t any places where you can fall off. As long as you’re able to avoid the goombas, this track is pretty easy, but don’t forget, the further into the race you go, the more goombas there are.

For the ramps on this level, press the right trigger and you’ll get a speed boost as you jump off the ramp.

7Baby Park

Endless Circle

Baby Park works a little differently than the other tracks, and instead of three longer laps, there are seven smaller laps. This is great because if you’re able to pick up speed and drift a bit, you’ll get through this track pretty quickly; plus, you can’t fall off, and there are no off-road areas to avoid.

The only downside is thatsome of your items live onsince the track is so small; it’s easier to get hit by your own shells or bombs, so shoot them off wisely. It can be helpful to stay in second or third place to avoid more intense items like the Blue Shell.

6Moo Moo Meadows

Cow-riffic

The biggest obstacle in Moo Moo Meadows is, unsurprisingly, the cows. They stand in the middle of the road, blocking your path, but other than that, this track is pretty straightforward, and one of the best tracks to perfect.

The roads are a little winding, but the track is easy to get through, and it’s also great for those wanting to try easy shortcuts. Use mushrooms to pass over grass and get through the track quicker and go out of your way to hit ramps, and you’ll ace Moo Moo Meadows.

5Donut Plains 3

Round And Round

Donut Plains isn’t the yummy treat you think it is; actually, it’s the exact opposite. This track is a muddy, puddle-filled road that is fantastic for drifting, and it’s relatively short, so maintaining your speed will really help you through it.

Donut Plains 3 is easy to conquer; there aren’t really any obstacles, and the off-road areas aren’t difficult to move through. Glide through this track as fast as you’re able to to show your friends what you’ve got!

A motorcycle isbest for this track since it’s easier to drift and the road is a bit narrow.

4Ribbon Road

Toy’s Galore

Ribbon Road is an adorable toy-based track, and the first half of the track is surrounded by castle walls, making it impossible to fall off. The track is simple and has multiple opportunities to pick up speed.

The obstacles in this track are large and easy to spot, such as walking toy dinosaurs. The hardest part is the final leg where the ribbon is moving up and down; however, you can press the right trigger each time you jump off the ribbon for a speed boost.

3Squeaky Clean Spring

Bathtub Joys

This track is one of the most unique in the entire game. You make your way through a bathroom, travel in pipes, and avoid soapy spills (no, really, avoid the soap. It slows you down.)

You can’t fall off of this track, and there are multiple opportunities to reach new areas and get awesome speed boosts. Watch out for ramps and bursts of water; there are tons to discover, so this track will always feel brand new.

2Royal Raceway

Fit For A Queen

Royal Raceway is one of the most beautiful tracks in the game. There are gorgeous trees and an idyllic river to race around; this track has wide roads, and the obstacles are big and fairly avoidable.

This track does have a lot more off-road areas. you may avoid them by driving more carefully, or you can use items to navigate through them and use theoff-road areas as shortcuts.

Don’t forget that coins give you a speed boost.

A Trolley Good Time

This track is a little tougher than the others on the list, but compared to the rest of the tracks, it’s still fairly easy. The roads are wide, and there aren’t really any spots you can fall off, so there are large trolleys on the road, but you can avoid them by moving onto the side track that you can find on the left side wall.

This is a really fun track; there are so many little side areas that you can discover by going up ramps and searching for shortcuts. This track is great for beginners, and fun for those who are a bit more advanced in the game.
