Spectre Divide has more than a few weapons to choose from, all sitting in certain tiers and costing a certain amount of money. The round-based economy system in Spectre Divide is similar to that of CS:GO andValorant, and each weapon costs a certain amount of (in-game) money to buy.
These weapons come in pairs, and both must be bought together; one goes to one character, and the other goes to your Spectre. Some of the best weapons cost the most money, which is not surprising, but some weapons are pretty great on a budget, too.
These weapons are not listed in any particular order and are just the best weapons available in the game.
Prototype OP
Thebest sniper in the gameand staying with a similar naming convention to this weapon archetype in most games of its type, the Prototype-OP is a one-shot sniper, even to the body. It has a high bullet penetration and a five-round magazine.
This is the weapon to use when holding a long angle; not that you’re able to’t use another weapon to accomplish the same task, but pound for pound, this is the best option for it. This is a highly inaccurate weapon when on the move, so be sure to plant your feet before you pull the trigger.
Duster RX6
Probably the best budget weapon in the game for a certain type of player, the Duster RX6 is a revolver that deals lethal damage on a headshot anywhere within 25 meters. It only has a six-round magazine, so you’ll need to make your shots count, but a quick flick to someone’s head with this is going to send them to the morgue.
It’s a great early-round weapon, but it can be a great weapon for later rounds in skilled hands, too. Whether you’re saving up for a round to get something shiny, or just flat-out like the Duster, those that excel with it are going places.
M67 Reaver
The M67 Reaver is the only fully-automatic weapon in the game that is a one-shot to the head, and it does so at any range, whether it’s two inches from someone’s skull or across the map. It’s a bit difficult to control with mostly horizontal recoil, but it only suffers a little bit in magazine size.
This is the best option for most players when it comes to an AR simply because of the one-shot potential. The first bullet out of your gun can drop an enemy, and that is invaluable in most games, especially a game like Spectre.
Whisper
Another one of the cheaper weapons in the game, the Whisper is an SMG capable of dropping an enemy in two headshots anywhere inside 20 meters. That’s generally the range you’ll be in with an SMG, and the recoil isn’t too terrible to deal with.
For an SMG, and especially for a weapon at this price, the Whisper is very, very good. It keeps you agile, it’s easy to use, and it has great damage potential; all great attributes for a weapon of this variety.
Berserker RB3
The Berserker RB3 is the most expensive LMG, but it earns the spot because of its damage capabilities. Able to two-shot in the head inside 20 meters, the rate of fire increases on this weapon the longer it shoots.
It’s not got the best recoil, but it isn’t difficult to manage by any means, and it is a weapon that is very easy to settle into a rhythm with. It’s not great in certain situations, but for those where you need to let a lot of bullets fly, nothing else beats it.
Tempest
A semi-automatic weapon that’s extremely easy to maintain accuracy with, the Tempest is a one-shot to the head at any range. Anything inside 30 meters only takes three body shots for a kill, keeping it extremely lethal in that regard, too.
It’s not going to keep up with fully-automatic weapons at close range unless you’re able to hit a head immediately, but in those mid-to-long-range situations, especially those where you’re defending, this is going to be a superb choice.
Trident
A burst-rifle with an absurd headshot multiplier, the damage on the Trident jumps from 33 on a body shot to 116 on a headshot. This fires in three-round-bursts, making it sit at 99 on a full-burst to the chest.
Two bursts, really one-and-a-half bursts, to the chest on an enemy, and they drop. If you start a burst on their collarbone and ride the recoil up to their head, landing the first two shots to the body plus one to the head, they die. With the one-burst potential and extremely manageable recoil, this weapon is one of the best of the best, especially for its price.
M18 Drummer
In the interest of highlightingthe best shotgun, the M18 Drummer is a great weapon for the specific situation in which it shines. It can one-shot to the chest fairly regularly inside ten meters. It drops off enough outside of that that you’ll probably need two shots to finish somebody.
It fires full-auto, making that second shot come fairly quickly, but most enemies are going to be able to put you down before you get that second one off. In a circumstance where you can put the enemy down in that one shot, this weapon reigns supreme. When you can’t, a good player will come out on top.
Crusader
Another AR, the Crusader does not quite have the damage potential that the Reaver does. But, it does have slightly more manageable recoil and a better magazine size. That recoil and magazine make it a bit better at longer ranges.
The Crusader is a bit of a bridge between the Tempest and the Reaver. It’s not quite as good as either of those at their respective strengths, but it’s more versatile. Not being the best gun in any situation is all right for a weapon that’s usable in just about any situation.
Harpe
The budget sniper, the Harpe is not the utter monster that the Protoype-OP is, but it is still a weapon that’s going to make good things happen for someone looking for a sniper rifle. It comes in at less than a quarter of the price, to boot.
The Harpe really shines with its rate of fire. It’s semi-automatic as opposed to bolt-action, meaning that the second shot comes a lot sooner. Even though it does not one-shot to the body, it does to the head, and those two shots to the body that it does take to drop somebody can come pretty quickly with it.
