As you collect more characters inZenless Zone Zero, it’s important to build your favorites into strong agents that can handle themselves. Each character fights in a unique way, and understanding how they work is vital to making the most of their special skills and attributes.
The agents you can use in your squad are part of different factions, and Rina is a member of the esteemed Victoria Housekeeping Co. in New Eridu. She moves swiftly in combat, but her movements alone are not enough to defeat every enemy that crosses your path. Here’s everything you need to know to strengthen her for battle!
Best Builds For Rina
As Rina works for the Victoria Housekeeping Co., she’s no stranger to taking out the trash in combat. As both aSupport and Electric character, she’s able to carry her squadmates and Daze enemies that cross her path.
Her primary stat is her PEN Ratio, whichhelps her ignore enemy defenses. She’s a great buffer to have on any team, but you’ll need the right equipment to make her even stronger.

Weeping Cradle
The Weeping Cradle is Rina’s signature W-Engine, whichincreases her Energy Regenwhile off-field. Additionally,the squad as a whole will deal more damageagainst enemies that Rina lands a hit on for a limited time.

Unfettered Game Ball
When Rina strikes an enemy and triggers her Attribute Counter effect,the squad’s CRIT Rate against that enemy is increasedfor a short time.

Slice of Time
This W-Engineincreases the Decibels generatedwhen attacks other than Rina’s Basic Attack hit. She’llgain more Energyas well, making this a useful piece of equipment for her.

Reverb - Mark II
If you have trouble getting ahold of the higher tier W-Engines, this B-Rank option is still useful. Using Rina’s Special Attack or Chain Attack willgive the squad a boost to their Anomaly Mastery and Proficiency.

Reverb - Mark III
As a Support unit, Rina will want to use this W-Engine toincrease the squad’s ATKwhen she uses a Chain Attack or her Ultimate.
Synergy With Rina
Freedom Blues
As a four-piece set, Freedom Bluesreduces the enemy’s Anomaly Buildup RES, which is excellent on Support characters. If you’d prefer the Swing Jazz set, the two-piece Freedom Blues set will still give Rina the increase to her Anomaly Proficiency.
Swing Jazz
Increasing Rina’s Energy Regenis a priority, which is why Swing Jazz is perfect for Rina on most teams. When paired with a two-piece set of Freedom Blues, you’ll get the best of both worlds.
Best Bangboo For Rina
Bringing a Bangboo into combatgives your squad an extra edgeand some additional support.All Bangboos in Zenless Zone Zerohave a use, and Rina can couple up with the right Bangboo tobetter help her squadin combat.

Avocaboo
As a Support character, Avocaboo is a useful ally. This Bangboo willhelp heal your squadin combat up to 15 times per battle by shooting juice around the field.
Plugboo
As an Electric character, Plugboo is an S-Rank Bangboo that will not onlydeal additional damage, but also accumulatemore Electric Anomaly Buildup.
Electroboo
Electroboo is the A-Rank version of Plugboo, so it’s easier to get from your Signal Searches. This Bangboo works well with Rina as they’re both capable ofdealing Electric DMG.
Rina Skill Overview And Priority
The last thing you’ll need to worry about for Rina isupgrading her skillsto compliment her kit. As a Support character, the damage she deals is tied mostly to herSpecial Attack and Core Skill.
You’ll want to prioritizeincreasing her PEN Ratioso that she and her floating Bangboos can deal more damage over time. While her other skills are still useful, they take less of a priority when it comes to upgrades and expending those precious materials.
