8Confidence

Confidence is one of the earlier Omamori you’ll receive in Bo: Path Of The Teal Lotus, and as the name implies, it is great if you’re confident, but definitely avoid it if you’re not. This Omamori doubles the damage you deal, but the damage that you take as well.

When To Equip Confidence

If you are happy with how quickly you’re able to take down an enemy or boss without getting hit, then this Omamori will make it even easier. So, if you’re heading into a boss with the plan to defeat it without getting hit, then Confidence will make that a lot quicker.

7Refinement

With some of the trickier bosses in Bo: Path Of The Teal Lotus, you will only get very short windows of time when you’re able to land attacks, so you’ll want to be able to do them as quickly as possible. That is why Refinement will make your life much easier, since it raises your attack speed.

When To Equip Refinement

Once you get Refinement, you will likely want to keep it equipped for boss fights, since this is when quick attack speed will be the most beneficial. For normal encounters, you might want to free up the slot, but once you have enough room, you might as well keep it on.

6Health

Sometimes simple is best, and if you can’t guess based on it’s name, Health with give Bo an extra piece of health to work with. Since you will get this Omamori pretty early on, having the extra health to work with can make a world of difference when getting between save points.

When To Equip Health

This is likely to be a mainstay in Bo’s build for the majority of the game, since there are very few moments where you aren’t going to need more health. You may want to switch it out if you’re going for a specific build, but ensure to re-equip it when you have room for it.

5Serenity

Serenity will not be available until later in the game, but once you unlock it, you’re likely to want to keep it equipped. This Omamori will buff your attack damage when you have full health. If you’re doing a no-damage run, then this is perfect, but even for exploration, this can make your journey much more streamlined.

When To Equip Serenity

This Omamori is perfect for no-damage runs of bosses or certain areas, but if you are less confident, then you might want to switch it out for an Omamori that is going to keep you alive for longer.

4Vitality

If you are struggling to keep up with healing in Bo: Path Of The Teal Lotus, then Vitality is the perfect Omamori to keep equipped when exploring. This simple passive will heal you every time you slay five enemies, which in hostile areas is perfect for keeping Bo alive.

When To Equip Vitality

While useful in exploration, this Omamori will also help you during boss fights that summon weak enemies to try and attack you. For example, Jorogumo and Gashadokuro both summon enemies while also giving you few opportunities to heal, so they are a great chance to try this Omamori out.

3Intuition

You won’t unlock Intuition until very late in Bo: Path Of The Teal Lotus, but it is one to try out as soon as you get it, or alternatively to save until post-game, since it will mark out every collectible you are looking for on your map.

When To Equip Intuition

verify you don’t have Intuition equipped when you are going into a tough boss fight since it won’t do you any good there, but when exploring, and you’re struggling to find something in particular, this will be the perfect solution.

2Innovation

You will be able to buy Innovation pretty early in Bo: Path Of The Teal Lotus, and make sure you don’t miss it, since the passive damage it deals can make some bosses much easier. Every time you reset your jump, a steel fan attack will surround Bo, essentially dealing bonus damage when doing something that comes naturally throughout combat.

When To Equip Innovation

Most bosses in Bo: Path Of The Teal Lotus will need you to stay close to a specific hitbox to deal massive damage, and this Omamori will do bonus damage while you’re doing this, so make sure to have it equipped for combat.

1Proficiency

Your tea is used in Bo: Path Of The Teal Lotus to power Daruma attacks, as well as heal, so you’re going to want to have as much as possible for tough encounters. That is why Proficiency is so useful, since you’ll get more tea when you are attacking.
