Summary
Disney Dreamlight Valleyis a game about two things: befriending your favorite Disney characters like Mickey or Elsa and collecting a lot of pretty stuff. Among the many things you can collect, there is furniture, cute pets (even ones from the many movies!), and, of course, clothing items.
These items range from single items like hats to full-on ensembles like complete outfits. If you’re unsure what to aim for next on your Dreamlight Valley journey, or you just want to know what other people are collecting, then look no further than here.

8Oswaldian Zoot Suit
That 1930s Style
The Oswaldian Zoot Suit will have you rival Scrooge McDuck for the best business owner in town, dressing up like the good old days. The main appeal of the suit is the shoulder pads, giving you a sense of presence not available in most other outfits.
To get the costume, you’ll haveto reach level 10 friendship with Oswald, the black & white old timer, and complete his quest. Be warned, he’ll ask you for more plastic than you can imagine, so you better start farming for it now.

7Artist’s Painted Overalls
In Tone With Some Home Makeovering
The Artist’s Painted Overalls are a seemingly ordinary set of overalls but with the added touch of looking as if Rapunzel had added some touches to it. It is the best look for when you’re renovating your house, or the entire Dreamlight Valley, for that matter.
It isn’t the most readily accessible look, since it is available for players that own the Gold Edition of the game (or those that bought the Founders Pack), but it is worth it all the same. It even comes with a variant (the Flynn-spired Overalls) that looks more ordinary if you’d prefer a Tangled-less look.

6Monsters, Inc. Door Ensemble
Style Over Everything
Get in touch with your 80s side with this ensemble, filled with vibrant colors while still having a well-defined silhouette. Even if you’ve never seen Monsters, Inc. (which you should), you don’t need to get the reference to appreciate the style of this outfit.
It was available in the Lovely Monsters Star Path event, with all sorts of other items like backpacks based around Mike Wazowski, but the Door Ensemble takes the cake. Each tiny door works like a pocket, which is a nice detail, although it sadly doesn’t expand your inventory space.

5Megara Costume Dress
A Herculean Fabric
This dress isn’t just for fans of Hercules, since even without the knowledge of who Megara is, this dress still looks fantastic. It works as a thematic piece of ancient Greek clothing, while also being a perfect choice for a modern, high-class gathering.
Access to this dress won’t lead to you meeting Megara, however, since there aren’t any Hercules characters to befriend in-game as of yet. To get the Costume Dress, you’ll have to wait for it to appear in the rotating Premium shop, but the price is worth the item.

4The Beast’s Royal Blue Brocade Suit
Elegance Of A Beast
When someone recalls the Beast from Beauty and the Beast, we often think about the abundance of fur or the sharpness of horns. It is largely overlooked how well the man is dressed, and you can beas dapperly dressed by befriending him.
Of course, you won’t get any rewards just from a casual conversation with the Beast, you’ll need to reach level 10 friendship with him. Other than the good-looking suit, you’ll also get his Greenhouse, producing a set of random free flowers, so it is well worth the effort.

3Golden Showman’s Gown
Time To Present The Show
Few things go hand in hand as black and gold do, and this is shown perfectly in the Golden Showman’s Gown. The combination of the jacket and the flow of the gown makes you pop into view, while still looking like something you’re able to walk around with.
It isn’t all that hard to obtain, since you can buy it from Scrooge’s Store with a little gold, and you can even get the rest of the Showman’s sets. Still, we consider the Golden Gown to be the best one, since the Scarlet set makes you look like a villain and the shade of gold from the Tuxedo isn’t as appealing to the eye as it is with the Gown.

2Dreamlight Armor
Face The Forces Of Evil
Most of the clothing items you’ll find in Dreamlight Valley are meant to make you feel cozy and at home, but the Dreamlight Armor is all about facing Evil with your righteous Light. You do fight against unknowable dangers after all, and while you don’t exactly do combat with your foes, you should still look the part of a shining hero.
This Armor was given to all players for free in a February update of 2024, but if you’re itching for some metal armor goodness, don’t fret. You can buy it at Scrooge’s Store, and while 40,000 gold might seem like a lot, you’ll easily make it when you advance your Valley enough.

1Stonefish Costume
A Land Dwelling Concert
Few things look as stylish and cool as the Stonefish Costume, giving you a rock star vibe with all the leather and shining metal studs. To get it, you’ll have to purchase the Ursula’s Transformation Dream Bundle, which would be worth it for the Costume alone, but it comes with several other goodies.
First off, it unlocks a quest for you to show off your costume, as well asfor Ursula to show off her legs(since the quest lets her travel on land). But it also comes with the Squid Showman’s Gown, an outfit similar to the Stonefish Costume but more based around Ursula and her relationship with tentacles.
