A character doesn’t feel complete without a synergistic weapon, and this is especially true forMualanisince she needs as many buffs as she can get.
Mualani is a limited five-star hailing from Natlan, and shewields the Hydro vision. She’s known for dealing massive damage in short bursts during her Elemental Skill, and you may buff this damage by a significant amount with one of these Catalysts.
8Mappa Mare
Four Star Craftable
Starting off with a not-so-good but also an easily-available weapon,Mappa Marecan be crafted quite easily even in the early game as long as you get a Catalyst Billet. This weapon gives Mualani a whopping 110 Elemental Mastery while also increasing her Elemental DMG by up to 32 percent after triggering reactions.
Both of these buffs can be useful for Mualani, though the lack of HP or Crit on this weapon is what put it in the last spot. However, if you have it on Refinement Five already, you can still use it on her without hesitation even for various endgame content.

Traces Of Artistry was the main event released alongside Mualani during the Version 5.0 update, and it also happens to release a great Catalyst for her. If you played during this event, you likely already have this weapon on Refinement Five, which is always a plus since you can get extra buffs with extra refinements.
This weapon gives Mualani a phenomenal 41.3 percent HP while also triggering an AoE attack when she hits an opponent every 15 seconds. While the weapon’s passive is largely useless, you can use it on her simply because of the HP buff provided.
6The Widsith
Four Star
We’re now starting with the most synergistic weapons that Mualani can have, and there are quite a few of them. The Widsith can only be acquired through the Gacha system, but it’s highly likely that you already have it on Refinement Five if you’ve been playing for a while, which makes it a great pick for her.
This weapon gives her up to 55.1 percent Crit DMG while also applying a random buff to her when she takes the field every 30 seconds. This buff can be one of the following: ATK increase, Elemental DMG increase, Elemental Mastery increase. The only reason this weapon isn’t as good is the possibility of getting ATK Percent since Maulani scales on HP.

This weapon provides Mualani with 41.3 percent HP while also increasing her Normal Attack DMG by up to 32 percent after using her Skill. This requires you to have at least 32,000 HP, which isn’t particularly hard to get. However, with this weapon, you might struggle to get a good Crit Ratio on her.
4Lost Prayer To The Sacred Winds

Dipping into the five-star weapons, Lost Prayer is a great choice for Mualani since you can get it at any point through the standard banner. The first issue you’ll run into when this weapon is equipped on Mualani is the high Crit Rate since her best artifact set, Obsidian Codex, also gives her a free 40 percent Crit Rate.
This brings the total up to 73.1 without any stat rolls on her artifacts. If you can manage to get all Crit DMG rolls on your pieces, this weapon can cause quite a lot of devastation as it also gives her Normal Attack DMG depending on how long she stays on the field.

If you’ve pulled forNahida’s signature weapon, it can also be a decent choice for Mualani due to its high Elemental Mastery. Apart from giving a whopping 265 Elemental Mastery from just the secondary stat, this weapon can also give her extra Elemental Mastery and Elemental DMG bonus based on the element of your team.
Much like Mappa Mare, you’ll struggle with getting enough HP and Crit Ratio with this weapon, though the high EM definitely offsets it. The only problem with this weapon occurs when you’re planning to use Nahida in the team with Mualani since you may’t use it on both of them unless you have multiple copies.
2Tulaytullah’s Remembrance
This is the second-best weapon you can use on Mualani with the current choices in Genshin Impact. Tulaytullah’s Remembrance provides her with up to 44.1 percent Crit DMG as the secondary stat while also consistently increasing her Normal Attack DMG after using her Elemental Skill.
The Normal Attack SPD provided by this weapon is useless on her, but the rest of its buffs are perfect. Since she can already get a ton of Crit Rate from her artifacts, the Crit DMG bonus is just what she needs.
1Surf’s Up
Mualani’s Signature Weapon
Finally, to no one’s surprise, Mualani’s signature weapon is the best one to put on her. This is easy to see since the Crit DMG provided by the secondary stat of this weapon is double of what you get from Tulaytullah’s Remembrance. It also gives her a 20 percent HP boost just for being equipped.
As if it wasn’t enough to give Mualani all the stats she needs, this weapon also increases her Normal Attack DMG by a whopping 48 percent as soon as she uses her Skill. you’re able to keep this damage bonus as long as you’re consistently triggering the Vaporize reaction.
