Summary
One of the goofiest Pokemon of all time is none other than the Water-type, Psyduck. Psyduck is iconic for always having headaches and, for the anime fans in the crowd, one of Misty’s on-again, off-again powerhouses. If only Psyduck were a true Psychic-type. Don’t underestimate the duck though.
In thePokemon TCG, you would expect a basic Pokemon like Psyduck to be on the cheaper side. However, some Psyduck and Psyduck-related cards make up some of the more expensive cards in the collection, reaching a couple of hundred dollars. Here are the most valuable Psyduck cards in the Pokemon TCG.

12Psyduck - Neo Destiny $5.84
Is Luck On Your Side?
Neo Destiny’s Psyduck is just as cute as it is useless, or at least by today’s standards. For one Water Energy, Flipper Splash will do ten damage. For one Psychic Energy and a Colorless, Psyduck will get a Migraine, deal 20 damage, and then have a fifty-fifty chance of Confusing itself.
The card art is cute, featuring a 3D model of the yellow duck Pokemon looking a little confused but overall happy to be included.

11Psyduck - WoTC Promo $10.12
A Killer Effect In A Different Era
If you’re looking for a cute Psyduckcard with a retro look to it, then the WoTC Promo might be for you. Interestingly enough, it has a pretty good move that would be broken in modern Pokemon, with Headache not allowing your opponent to use Trainer Cards the next turn.
This lock would be incredibly overpowered since many modern decks utilize items and other supporter cards to get their setup done, though this version would be power crept as is.

10Psyduck (Alternate Full Art) - Scarlet And Violet $10.26
An Overthinking Psyduck
One of the more beautiful Psyduck cards isn’t even the most expensive. It features special art that has Psyduck walking down a very long flight of stairs. Perhaps it is contemplating something deep and profound.
Each move costs one Energy, with Overthink treating any of your opponent’s coin flips as tails and Water Gun dealing ten damage. It’s a must-have for Psyduck enthusiasts orillustration art collectorsto add to their binder.

9Psyduck - (Build-A-Bear Workshop Exclusive) $12.48
A Companion For Your Plushie
Build-A-Bear has many collaborations with Pokemon. If you’re looking for a plushie that can dress for success, you can find Bulbasaur, Vulpix, and even Psyduck. Along for the ride are also special Pokemon cards.
Psyduck’s Build-A-Bear card may not be the most powerful, but it’s a cute card for collectors. It even features an official Build-A-Bear stamp. For one Energy, Confusion Wave will leave both you and your opponent’s Active Pokemon Confused.

8Slowpoke And Psyduck GX - Unified Minds $16.07
The Silliest Tag Team Duo
During theTag Team era of the Pokemon TCG, Psyduck got a GX card in which it didn’t come alone. With both Slowpoke and Psyduck teaming up, nothing is impossible. Ditch and Splash lets you discard Supporter Cards and deal 40 damage for each card you ditched.
Thrilling Times does ten damage plus 100 more. If you have six more Energy Cards attached than the cost of the attack, you can flip ten coins and deal 100 damage each time you land on heads.

7Psyduck - McDonald’s Promos 2018 $17.10
A Mcdonalds Treasure
If you’ve ever witnessed Pokemon fans rushing towards the local McDonalds, then this is why. It has the same moves and stats as the Build-A-Bear card, being able to Confuse both your opponent’s Active Pokemon and itself.
The major difference is it lacks the stamp, but has a holographic foil on the card art. These cards are often released in collaboration with the Mcdonald’s Happy Meals, though you’ll still have to try your luck in pulling it.

6Misty’s Psyduck [W Stamped] - Gym Heroes $18.89
The Power Of The Gym Leaders
Misty’s Psyduck is a classicGym Leader Cardwith an iconic Misty stamp on the bottom to let you know that it belongs to her collection. It’s a pretty basic card by today’s standards and has long since been power crept.
For one Energy, it can do Scratch for ten damage. Call for Friend is a coin-based move that lets you flip a coin. If you hit heads, you can add another Misty card from your deck directly to your Bench.

5Psyduck - Aquapolis $27.26
An E-Reader Collectible
Some of the rarest cards aren’t due to their usability in a game or even their card art. In fact, some, like Psyduck from the Aquapolis expansion, have special barcodes that can unlock hidden features using the E-Reader.
Swiping it on your E-Reader gives you access to a special Pokedex entry. The card art also features Psyduck happily riding a swing set. It also has two very basic moves, Headbutt and Scratch.

A Rarity Bump For Slowpoke And Psyduck
