Summary
Hotta Studio, the team behind Tower of Fantasy, has announced its next game - Neverness to Everness, an open-world urban RPG utilising Unreal Engine 5 that’s coming to PC, mobile, and consoles.
The last few years have proven just how popular open-world RPGs are, and they’re about to see a new challenger with Neverness to Everness, which will also be free-to-play when it launches across all platforms. There’s no release date yet,but the official reveal trailer gives us a good look at what we can expect when Neverness to Everness launches.

Neverness to Everness Trailer Revealed, Pre-Registration Now Open
As you may see above, the Neverness to Everness announcement trailer is mostly focused on setting up the game’s bright and charming tone. That said, there’s a brief look at some gameplay, as well as a quick introduction to some of the colourful characters you’ll be meeting throughout your journey, such as Mint and Sakiri.
Neverness to Everness takes place in Hethereau, a supernatural metropolis where anomalies, such as moving graffiti-covered skateboards and otters with television heads, coexist with humans. Although these anomalies are normal in the world of Neverness to Everness, the player will team up with other characters and use their Esper Abilities to solve crises and uncover mysteries while they settle into life in a booming city.
The urban setting in Neverness to Everness is more than just table dressing, though, as players will be able to go about their daily lives and interact with the world in a number of ways outside of the main storyline. Two of the biggest examples that have been revealed so far include being able to buy houses and sports cars, which are both completely customisable.
Wonder’s Await, In Urban Cityscape!
As you can see in the reveal trailer, Hethereau is stunningly brought to life with an anime aesthetic using Unreal Engine 5. Neverness to Everness also utilises NVIDIA DLSS rendering and ray-tracing to make its animated metropolitan world look even more realistic, which you can get a good look at from the trailer shared above.
Although a release date or window hasn’t been revealed just yet,pre-registration for the free-to-play launch of Neverness to Everness is open now on the game’s official website. When it launches, Neverness to Everness will be available to play on PC, mobile, and console. Exact console platforms have not been revealed yet, although you can still tick this as your preference when pre-registering.
