Summary
As we approach six months since its launch, I think it’s fair to saySuicide Squad: Kill The Justice Leaguehasn’t been the well-received live service gameRocksteadywanted it to be. At this very moment, only 200 people are playing it onSteam. Not the be-all and end-all when it comes to metrics but usually quite telling, and definitely not the number its developers want to see days after season two kicked off.
If the start of season two has finally piqued your interest - especially withthe twist that we definitely didn’t see coming- then you’re able to currently hop on the somewhat empty bandwagon for a lot less than most of those you’ll be sharing the ride with. GameStop currently has theXbox Series Xversion of Kill The Justice League on sale for only $19.99. It’s usually a $70 game, by the way, despite what you might have assumed based on what has been said about it thus far.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League
WHERE TO PLAY
An open-world action-adventure from Arkham creators Rocksteady, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League puts you in the roles of the antihero squad. You must take on the aforementioned Justice League, either in solo play or online co-op.
As hard a time as Kill The Justice League has had during its first six months, as someone who paid $70 for this game back in February, it is absolutely worth more than $20. Its story is a short one and while it doesn’t hold a candle to the Arkham trilogy, it’s pretty good and a lot of fun getting used to the core four characters and battling against evil super-powered bosses. No, it’s not the continuation of the Arkham games that it should and could have been, but it’s 10 to 15 hours of fun for $20, and maybe even more if you end up loving it.

If you’re not willing to pay $20 for Kill The Justice League, then you’re going to need to wait until it’s free. Odds are it will come toGame PassandPlayStation Pluseventually, but if you are waiting for it to be free, you’ve already missed your first chance.Amazon gave Kill The Justice League away for free for Prime Day. Not a trial or a limited time, but the whole game to keep for free forever. That deal has ended so right now, it’ll cost you $20 to embark on Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad adventure.
