Summary
Star Warsis an absolutely massive series full of weird and quirky characters across all media, so it makes sense that certain fan favorite characters can often feel a little overlooked. Whether it be Cal Kestis, who hasyet to appear in any Star Wars media outside video games, or literally any of the characters in the Knights of the Old Republic series, there are bound to be a few characters Star Wars fans are fond of that get left by the wayside.
However, it looks as thoughStar Wars Outlawswill give one of these outcasts their time in the sun.It may be a couple of weeks before the game is actually released, butUbisofthas revealed a DLC roadmap for Star Wars Outlaws, letting fans know exactly what is planned for the game post-launch. Alongside the exclusive Jabba the Hut mission -which ended up annoying a lot of people- Star Wars Outlaws will be getting two additional story packs.

The first of these packs is called Wild Card, and will see protagonist Kay Vess interact with Star Wars mainstay Lando Calrissian, as she’s hired to infiltrate a high-stakes Sabacc tournament. What she’s doing there, we have no idea, but this isn’t the expansion we’re focusing on today.
Star Wars Outlaws DLC Features Clone Wars' Hondo Ohnaka
Star Wars Outlaws' second story pack is called A Pirate’s Fortune, and it features none other than The Clone Wars and Rebels character Hondo Ohnaka, a fan-favorite among those that have actually watched either of those animated shows.According to the story pack’s description, A Pirate’s Fortune will see Kay Vess cross paths with Ohnaka, who is out to “settle old scores” with a gang of pirates.
Ohnaka’s appearance in Star Wars Outlaws will undoubtedly be his most high-profile inclusion in any medium since his introduction in 2009, as he’s only really managed appearances in comics and books despite his popularity among Clone Wars fans. It’s a great way to get a bit more personality into Star Wars Outlaws, as he’s well-liked for his witty and sly personality, and here’s hoping we see more fringe characters get their spotlight in future Star Wars media.
