Summary
If you want something officially licenesed with aPokemonon it, chances are it exists.Pokemon has teamed up with Tiffanyto create jewlery, worked with Le Creuseton a range of cookware, andpartnered with Krispy Kremefor Pokemon doughnuts. Pokemon’s latest crossover was with Skinnydip on a range ofiPhonecases, and now those cases, and everything else Skinnydip created to go along with them, areavailable through the Pokemon Center.
As is often the case when it comes to new Pokemon merch, Skinnydip’s focus for its range of cases is on creatures we first met in Kanto. 21 Pokemon to choose from, and a 22nd case for those of you who just can’t bring yourselves to decided that features a variety of Kanto-based ‘mons, including Ditto, Meowth, Mew, and Bulbasaur.

Among the 21 Pokemon to receive cases of their very own are Ninetales, Dragonite, Arcanine, Magikarp, and of course, Pikachu. Like it or not, Pikachu is the Pokemon mascot for a reason and a range of anything Pokemon-themed would feel incomplete without it. There’s also a Gengar case for anyone who loves the Ghost-type as much as I do, and I know there are a lot of us out there.
Time To Make Your Choice (It’s Gengar, Choose Gengar)
Skinnydip has created a few other Pokemon items for those of you who don’t own an iPhone, or don’t want to spend $42 on a case for one. The Jigglypuff beaded strap is $21, and the Pikachu and Snorlax makeup bags are $26 each. Everything in what is a pretty extensive range is available at the Pokemon Center right now and hopefully, with so many cases to choose from, won’t sell out anytime soon. While Pokemon’s mantra is gotta catch ‘em all, I get the feeling this will be more a case of trainers choosing the design they like rather than trying to buy all 22.
Pokemon x Skinnydip iPhone Case
Skinnydip has teamed up with Pokemon to create a line of iPhone cases. The range features 22 different designs, all of which star a different Pokemon except one (pictured) that features multiple. The range also included other items such as makeup bags.
