Special Plastic is one of the mid-to-end game resources that you will need a lot as you progress and reach the Red Sands area. A lot of tier-four armor pieces and weapons require you to have special plastic for crafting. In this guide, we have listed how you can get special plastic easily in the game.
How To Find Special Plastic
Red Sandsis thebest region to look for special plasticin the game. Here is alist of POIswhere you can find thespecial plastic from storage cratesor by gathering scrap items:
Most of the storage crates in the regions we’ve mentioned have ahigh chance of yielding special plastic. These storage crates are rarely found outside, so you mustexplore indoor areassuch as houses, industrial units, parking garages, and more. You aremore likely to find storage cratescontaining special plastic this way.
Special Plastic From Dismantling Parts
If you can’t find enough special plastic from the storage crates, thenloot anything you can. Typically, you should look for and collect the following scrap items:
Once you have these scrap items, go back to theDisassembly Bench back at your base. Dismantle all thescrap parts you have found, and you are guaranteed to receive tons of special plastic.
Special Plastic Icon
When you open the map,hover over the POIsand press the ‘CTRL’ key tolook for ‘plastic’ or ‘special plastic’icons among the loot items. When hovering your mouse cursor over POIs, look for theorange icon labeled ‘plastic.‘These spots guarantee special plastic.
Alternatively, Red Sands POI locations that list’Random Scrap’havelittle chance of yielding special plastic. Don’t overlook these spots, either.
The Red Sand POIs mentioned above require you to belevel 43 or higher. While searching for special plastic, you’ll encounter level 40+ enemies, which will be difficult to defeat if you are under-leveled.
