Diablo 4’s fifth season, the Season of the Infernal Hordes, tasks you with fighting back the Infernal Hordes that pour into Sanctuary from the gates of hell. This season brings tons of new content and gameplay modes, new Legendary Aspects, balance tuning for all five classes, and much more.
The Season of the Infernal Hordes main questline will have you joining an unlikely alliance as you battle demons and loot their spoils. The season’s questline begins with Of Lambs and Wolves, which we’ll take an in-depth look at below.
Of Lambs And Wolves Quest Walkthrough
Of Lambs and Wolves is the first Seasonal quest in theSeason of the Infernal Hordes. This quest starts as soon as you make a Seasonal character with thecampaign skipoption selected. If you are playing the campaign, you’ll need tocomplete the epilogue chapterbefore this quest becomes available.
InZarbinzet, talk to Captain Cireska to begin the quest. Talk to Locran, who will invite you to his family’s house. Headsouth out of Zarbinzet, then find his house near thesmall grey area in the southwest portion of the circle, as indicated in the image below.
Interact with the door to the house and choose the dialogue option, then enter the house and talk to Locran. Next, grab aKhazra Liverfrom the crate, thenput it into the brazier.
Defeat the demon that appears, then defeat the even bigger demon that is summoned after. Then, pick up theMother’s Giftthat the demon drops, andtalk to Istel to collect your rewards, which also unlocks theMother’s Gift reward track, where you can get a variety of rewards as you collect more Mother’s Gifts.
Finally, talk to Locran to complete this quest. You’ll earn a bit of experience and gold according to your level, and the next quest in the Season questline,The Rising Hells, will immediately start.
