X-Men ‘97 And More Androids Join The Fray
X-Men ‘97 has been an incredibly popular, super-refreshing take on the tired superhero formula, so it was only a matter of time before its presence was felt in Fortnite.
The latest leak shows three new skins from the series joining the game, complete with pickaxes and back blings. The new characters are Scott Summers’ Cyclops, Colossus, and Jubilee, each sporting their unique look seen in theDisney+animated series.
While it’s not the first timeMarvel’sX-Men have made an appearance in Fortnite, with the likes ofMystique,Wolverine, andMagnetoalready in the game, more mutants are always welcome. They’re expected to be available around August 12.
On theDragon Ballside of things, Shiina confirms that both Android 17 and 18 willbe joining Fortnite around August 10. The addition of these two Androids adds credence to a previous leak that has suggestedFuture Trunks will be making his way to Epic’s free-to-play titleat some point in the future.
Shiina has also confirmed there will be a bunch of new original skins coming to the game soon, including a brand-new Lizzik skin.
