The Mother 3 plush set was revealed earlier this year, and it’s now back in stock, available to buy through Hobonichi Mother Project for 11,000 yen ($75). That price might be driven up by shipping.
On the one hand, once the shipping costs are accounted for, that might seem like a lot for a set of four plushes. On the other, this is one of the only ways you can let Nintendo know how much Mother fans outside of Japan want the third game in the series to be released in the US and elsewhere. That the set needed to be restocked implies it has been selling well so far. Let’s keep going and maybe, just maybe, we’ll be playing Mother 3 surrounded by our Mother 3 plushes one day.

There is technically a way to play Mother 3 on Switch asNintendo added the game to its NSO libraryearlier this year. Only the Japanese version of that library, though. Mother 3 Plush Set
Nintendo released an official set of Mother 3 plushes to celebrate the game’s arrival on Nintendo Switch Online (Japan only). The four characters included in the set are Lucas, Klaus, Kumatora, and Duster. They come as a set and are not sold separately.
We might not have Mother 3, but we still have Earthbound and Earthbound Beginnings, and that very first game in the series, simply called Mother in Japan,now has plushes too. Ninten, Anna, Lloyd, and Teddy have been turned into soft toys to celebrate Mother turning 35. They won’t be available to buy until 2025, but since they will also be sold through Hobonichi Mother Project, it’s likely they will also be available to buy and ship worldwide.
