You know that feeling when you come across a piece of video game-inspired fashion that is just too perfect not to have? Yeah? Good, because I have some pretty darn amazing news for you.
We just came across this amazing jewelry brand called Mayla, known for its intricate, geeky designs. And we’re pleased to announce that they’ve put out this brilliant set of earrings that absolutely nail theNieraesthetic.

What To Expect
Launching on September 6th, MAYLA will release this gorgeously crafted set of earrings that are heavily inspired by main characters 2B and 9S from the series. Fans can preorder them any time from September 6th at 5PM JST to October 6th at 12PM JST at a price of 19,800 yen (approximately $135 USD) fromthe official website.
Starting off with the 2B earrings, it looks like the top part is modeled after the Lunar Tear flower. Then they went and snuck in some Virtuous Contract vibes on the bottom. It’s like wearing a tiny piece of 2B’s sword. And the whole thing’s got this subtle nod to her outfit. It’s wild how they packed so much 2B into such a small package.
You know, there’s a ton of cool little details in those 9S earrings that really make you stop and think, “Wow, that’s pretty clever.” Take the top part, for instance – it’s actually inspired by 9S’s choker. And if you look closely, you’ll see they’ve engraved the same pattern from his costume onto the earrings. Even the buttons are a nod to the ones on 9S’s outfit.
Adding to the premium vibe, each earring set comes inside a custom box decorated with custom artwork and an artistic black and gold frame, giving you the option of literally displaying your accessories like art pieces. No doy, but whoever designed these really knew their stuff.
This is a really special collaboration item between a Nier and Mayla. From what we can tell, they are absolutely massive in Japan, so there is zero doubt that there’s already hundreds of people looking to buy these the second they’re on sale. We’d highly recommend getting your paws on that pre-order in case you’re interested.
Since it’s international shipping, we’d also recommend placing your order through themaker’s websiteitself. As of now, the set is going for 19,800 yen, with an additional 600 yen for shipping. So it should set you back about $140-150 at most.
