Marvel Rivalsleaks have given us our first look at several unannounced characters, including the Human Torch, Cloak and Dagger, Black Widow, and Ultron.
It’s only been a few days since the Marvel Rivals closed beta test ended, but it’s fair to say that fans are already missing it and looking forward to its next playable release.Even though it was an unfinished test for the final game, the most recent version of Marvel Rivals was full of characters to play as,including adding two brand-new heroes for the last week of the test’s runtime.
Jeff, Thor, and the rest of the Marvel squad were all more than enough for players to have a good time with, but it looks like they’re just scratching the surface of the final roster.We already know thanks to leaks that there are a ton of heroes in the works for Rivals, but recent leaks have given us a good look at how they’re going to appear in-game.
Marvel Rivals Leak Reveals Human Torch, Black Widow, And Ultron Designs
Just a few days ago,an image was discovered in Marvel Rivals that gave us our first look at Captain America’s in-game design, which looks about how you’d expect it. That opened the floodgates for even more leaks,including one posted by Redditor Jtneagle on the Marvel Rivals subreddit that compiles all of the leaked character designsthat have been shared over the past few months.
The most interesting of these is, of course, the Fantastic Four’s Human Torch, who is shown with awhite and blue suit that is reminiscent of the World’s Greatest Heroes take on the characters. Fans have shared some mixed opinions on Johnny’s design in Marvel Rivals, but it’s a unique take that’s a bit more unique than having the traditional blue suit. Bonus points for his flame-shaped hair.
It seems likely that the other members of the Fantastic Four (who have been confirmed to appear alongside Johnny thanks to leaks) will also have the same white and blue suit design.
The Reddit post also reveals Hawkeye’s design, which has him looking very ninja-esque with long flowing hair and a bandana around his mouth. Cloak and Dagger can also be spotted in the post, who appear to work together as different units that can be switched between. Then there’s Scarlet Witch, who appears on a piece of graffiti and looks very similar to how she does in the MCU.
The leaks have mostly focused on heroes so far, but we do also get a peak at how Ultron will look in Rivals. The image is pretty grainy but it looks like he’ll also have a design that’s not far from the MCU. All of the characters shown in the Reddit post have already been leaked thanks to dataminers, but it’s nice to get a glimpse at their unique Marvel Rivals looks.
