The first three episodes of the new season should be available to stream by the time you read this, and if the show has the desired effect and gets you back in the Lord of the Rings mood, Best Buy has a Little People Collector Set featuring four characters from the books and movies on sale for a lot less than it usually costs.
Half the price it usually costs as right now the Collector Set is on sale for $12.49, down from $24.99. No, the set isn’t pulled from Rings Of Power, but there’s at least one character in there that you’ll be seeing again in season two. The set on sale is Fisher Price’s Black Gate set and it features Saruman, Gollum, Uruk-Hai leader Lurtz, and Rings Of Power’s own Dark Lord, Sauron.
Okay, the Little People version of Sauron doesn’t look quite like the very early version of the character who was confirmed to be the Dark Lord at the end of season one. He might don his more familiar armor during season two though, we’ll have to wait and see. While turning anything into one of Fishe Price’s Little People makes them a lot less intimidating, the figure is unmistakably Sauron. In fact, even though all four of the characters have been given cutesy toy-like makeovers, any Lord Of The Rings fans will know exactly who they’re looking at when they see the set.
