Have you ever come back from a very successful haul from the Facility or Manor with an abundance of loot? Have you ever struggled to bring all of said loot back to the shuttle before the sun sets?
The release of Version 55 inLethal Companybrings with it a handful of fixes, two new entities to hinder you on your expeditions as well as two brand-new tools. The biggest one, however, is the introduction of the Company Cruiser. This guide will go over how to acquire and use the Company Cruiser as well as go over its many features.
How To Get The Cruiser
First things first,you’ll need to buy the Company Cruiser. Simply interact with the console inside your shuttle andaccess the Store by typing in “Store”. Then,type in “Cruiser”and confirm by typing “Confirm” or “C”.
It will be delivered once you’ve landed or currently are on a Moon.
The Company Cruiser costs 400 Credits, so be sure to have all the equipment you’ll need before purchasing.
How To Use The Cruiser
Now that you’ve acquired your Cruiser, it’s time to find out how it works.You may enter the Cruiser from either sideand switch between each seat by simply pressing the interact button.
Basic Buttons And Parts
To get the Cruiser running, simplypress and hold the interact button over the ignitionnext to the steering wheel.This may take a few attempts as it sometimes won’t start immediately. Once the Cruiser is on, the many buttons on the dashboard become available for use.
On the left of the steering wheel are the toggles for theWindshield Wipers, theHeadlights, and theCabin Windowbetween the seats.
The Windshield Wipers currently have no use.
The center dashboard containsa large red button covered by a glass switch. This button is the Eject Button which, as its name suggests,will launch anyone currently seated in the Cruiser high into the air. Next to the Eject Button is the Radio, which can be tuned to different channels or be toggled on/off.
Finally, we have the Stick Shift which is used to set the movement of the Cruiser. There arethree positions it can be moved;Park (P), Reverse (R), and Drive (D). By default, the Stick Shift will be set to Park and must be switched to one of the other two settings to be able to drive.
How To Drive
To drive the Cruiser,set the Stick Shift to Reverse (R) or Drive (D) and press and hold the forward key. You can break by holding down the (S) key, which will prevent the Cruiser from moving.
Attempting to drive whilst the Stick Shift is in Park (P) will damage the Cruiser
Steering the Cruiser is done by simplypressing and/or holding the left or right movement key. Steering is different from other driving mechanics you would be normally used to. If you turn the wheel in either direction,you will need to turn the Steering Wheel fully in order to change direction.
In the event the Cruiser is stuck or flipped over, you’re able to push it in any direction by simply approaching any side and pressing the interact button. Additionally, if the Cruiser is ever destroyed, you’ll get one free Cruiser as a replacement for your next expedition.
On the exterior of the Cruiser, you can lift the hood located in the front by pressing the interact key to reveal the Engine.The Engine will display the overall health of the Cruiservia a health bar.
How To Storage Loot
Inside the trunk is thestorage area. To access it, open the door located behind the Cruiser and voilà.Anything and everything you find can be dropped insideor placed neatly on either side of the shelves.
Now you may be wondering how you’ll get all the loot you’ve gathered onto the ship. Luckily, you’ll notice a new accessory to the Ship located on its side is a Giant Magnet.
All you need to do is simplypark the Cruiser beside the shipand activate the magnet usingthe lever located on the catwalk in front of the ship. Once done, you may fly anywhere you please with theCruisersafely secured to theShip.
