Summary

We know that Kai Cenat likes his over the top and elaborate streams, going so far as to theme his entire roomdepending on the game he’s streaming at the time. He evenhired a therapist during his long fight against the final bossof Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This is the kind of drama we expect from him. Not many people expected him to blow up his own room for a joke though, but that’s what he appeared to do on the night of July 3.

In a collab stream with Mr Beast, a large pile of fireworks were gathered in Kai Cenat’s room in preparation for some July 4 celebrations. Later in the stream, another creator called AMP Davis (a friend of Kai Cenat’s) entered the room with even more fireworks, who told Mr Beast to leave while Cenat began looking increasingly nervous. Mr Beast made himself scarce, Davis and Cenat then brawled, finally ending with the former lighting one of the fireworks in the room.

A room full of fireworks filled with smoke and fire

Of course, you set off one firework next to a bunch of others, and chaos ensues. you may see the moment in which the explosion takes place in the video above, which seemingly destroyed Cenat’s entire room, much to the disbelief of his watching fanbase. Video of a mansion on fire then began circulating, and it appeared that Cenat’s house had gone up in flames. However, fans quickly noticed that Cenat was pulling the wool over their eyes.

Kai Cenat’s Mr Beast Collab Stream Ends With A Firework Explosion

Almost immediately, fans seemed to notice that the room that Kai Cenat was in was a little odd, withcertain things out of place or not in their correct positions. They also noticed thatarchitectural features such as a light switch and the top of pillars didn’t add up, which led to claims that Mr Beast had actually created a fake version of his room in which the explosion took place. It was also discovered that the images of a mansion on fire werefrom a video of a different mansion fire in 2019.

Cenat later dropped the act and admitted that the whole thing was an elaborate prank, asMr Beast released a video from behind the scenes. Quite how much it cost to fully recreate an entire bedroom in the middle of a field, we’ll never know.

It was a fun little prank that Centa put on, that didn’t really endanger anyone, though it almost cost the streamer his Twitch channel. In his next stream, Cenat revealed that he was almost banned from the platform for his prank, probably because letting off hundreds of fireworks inside a bedroom would be considered a dangerous act. Thankfully, Cenat managed to get in contact with his Twitch rep and cleared things up, and his account remains unbanned.
