Kai starts screaming with glee following his victory, falling off his chair onto the floor, as “God Slain” flares onto the screen. After over 1,000 deaths and 99 hours, he finally beat Shadow of the Erdtree.

How Long Did Kai Cenat Take To Beat Elden Ring?
Getting through this DLC was a huge achievement, especially considering fans and even veterans have been finding it so difficult thatthey’ve been review bombing the expansion on Steam. In contrast, Elden Ring is Kai Cenat’s first FromSoftware game.
He beat the base game after 166 hours and 1,701 deaths, so he’s definitely improving.FromSoftware even sent him a Malenia statueto commemorate—maybe they’ll send him a Miquella one this time, eh?
Despite struggling with the DLC,Cenat defended its difficulty, saying that for those who are complaining it’s merely “a skill issue” and that they need to “put [their] big boy pants on, go out there, and go fight.”
In total, he took 265 hours and 2,771 deaths to get through Elden Ring and Shadow of the Erdtree combined. He said at the end of the base game that he had plans to go back over FromSoftware’s library, playing through the Soulsborne games from start to finish, so this is far from the end of Cenat’s journey.
