There are many trophies/achievements to unlock inThe First Descendantwhile defending humanity from the Vulgus. They cover many different aspects of the game, from completing the tutorial mission to obtaining Ultimate Tier weapons from bosses.
Many of them can be unlocked naturally as you progress through the story, while others may be trickier to get. If you’re having trouble figuring out how to unlock certain trophies/achievements, fear not, for we have compiled here a complete list of all trophies/achievements and how to unlock each one.
All Trophies/Achievements In The First Descendant
There are a total of24 trophies/achievementsto unlock in The First Descendant. In the table below, you’ll find thename, description, and instructions on how to unlock each one.
Ready to Move On?
Complete Retrieve the Ironheart operation and return to Albion.
This will be the first one you unlock. Just play through andcomplete the tutorial missionat the start of the game.
First Sweep Operation
Complete all available missions and Descendant duties in Kingston.
This will happen naturally as you progress through the game.Eventually, there will be no more missions in Kingstonand you’ll move on to the next area of the world map.
Hope Within the Dust
Complete all available missions and Descendant duties in The Sterile Land.
This will happen naturally as you progress through the game.Keep completing missions in The Sterile Land until there are no more.
Knock, Knock! Who is it?
Complete all available missions and Descendant duties in Vespers.
This will happen naturally as you progress through the game.Keep completing missions in Vespers until there are no more.
Pre-emptive Strike for the Future
Complete a Void Intercept Battle for the first time.
Speak toSeneca, the Void Intercept Battle Researcher, in Albion. you’re able to choose either a Normal or Hard Void Intercept Battle. The purpose of these battles is to intercept the Colossi and gain information.Complete one of these battles for the first timeto unlock the trophy/achievement.
I Can See the Future of the Colossi
Complete 10 Void Intercept Battles
Following your first Void Intercept Battle,continue through the list of battlesuntil you complete ten.
Power! O, Infinite Power!
Reach Mastery Rank Level 10.
The more you battle enemies, the more experience you earn not just towards your character level, buttowards your overall Mastery Rank.Keep fighting till you reach Mastery Rank Level 10to unlock this trophy/achievement.
Is This How You Insert It?
Equip a module for the first time.
As you complete missions, you’ll pick up modules from fallen enemies. Then,go into your inventory to equip them onto your weapons or your Descendant.
This Is Great, Sevenfold
Enhance any module to +7.
Speak withSilion, the Module Master, in Albionand selectEnhance Module. You’ll unlock this trophy/achievement when you’ve enhanced a module to +7.
And Combining, to Boot
Combine modules 7 times.
When you reach Mastery Rank 9,you’re able to also speak to Silion to combine modules. Do this seven times to unlock this trophy/achievement.
Execute Order 77
Dismantle modules 77 times.
Don’t need a module?Dismantle it with Silion. And to unlock this trophy/achievement,dismantle modules 77 times.
Slot Maketh Module
Assign module socket types 10 times.
There are different types of Module Sockets,including Malachite, Almandine, Cerulean, and more. To unlock this trophy/achievement,assign modules of any type ten times.
Place for Something Special.
Expand the module capacity of a weapon that uses Special Rounds.
You canexpand the module capacityof a weapon by increasing not only your Mastery Rank, butalso your proficiency using that particular weapon. Do this for any weapon that uses Special Rounds to unlock this trophy/achievement.
Modules Maketh Descendant
Expand a Descendant’s Module Capacity.
You’llexpand your Descendant’s Module Capacity naturallyas you increase your Mastery Rank and character level, but you can also expand it from theinventory using Energy Activators.
Ready, Extract, Complete
Level up a weapon through Weapon Transmission.
Use a repair station workbench, located in Albion and at each outpost, andselect Weapon Level Transmissionto fuse identical weapons to increase their level.
Growing Possibility
Enhance a weapon’s Unique Ability for the first time.
You can enhance any weapon’sUnique Ability at a Repair Station Workbenchonce you reach Mastery Rank 5.
Out of Weapons
Dismantle weapons 50 times.
In your inventory, mark weapons as junk,then select “Dismantle Junk”. Do this 50 times to unlock this achievement.
This Reaction’s a First
Enhance a Reactor for the first time.
Once you reach Mastery Rank 6, go to a Repair Station Workbenchand select Reactor Enhancement.
The Sensible Life of Research.
Complete research for the first time.
Talk toAnais at Albion to complete a research request for materials, weapons, or Descendants.You’ll need to ensure you have all the ingredients required to start a research request, which you can get by completing missions or dismantling weapons.
No Hope for the Vulgus
Obtain an Ultimate tier weapon.
By defeating bosses and dungeons you have the chance toearn drops of Ultimate tier weapons. Once you get your first one, you’ll unlock this trophy/achievement.
Descendants, Assemble
Own 5 Descendants.
you may collect Descendants by eitherpurchasing them from the shop, or bycompleting a research requestfor them with Anais.Once you own five Descendantsyou’ll unlock this trophy/achievement.
Getany Descendant to level 40by using them to complete missions.
Special Operation Task Squad
Clear up to Wave 7 in the Kingston Albion Resource Defense mission.
Using the Special Operations Terminal,defend an Albion workforce in Kingston from the Vulgus.Clear each wave until youclear Wave 7.
Good Things Happen Twice
Successfully remove Colossi parts 2 times (excluding Retrieve the Ironheart operation).
Once a Colossi part is damaged enough,it’ll turn yellow. At this point you may use yourgrappling hook to mount the Colossi.Once you’re on the damaged part, just mash the corresponding key or button to damage it completely and remove it from the Colossi.Do this two times to unlock this trophy/achievement.
If you’re playing on Playstation, there isone extra trophyyou can unlockcalled The True Descendant. You can achieve this by unlocking all 24 trophies.
