Star Wars Outlawshas lots to see and do across its four massive planets that you can freely explore, allowing you to raise your reputation amongst the handful of factions in the game, complete side objectives, and much more. However, before you can jump to other planets with the Trailblazer, you must first meet a few prerequisites.
The fortunate news is that it won’t take all that long before you’re warping to other systems and touching down on vastly stunning and unique planets to put together the ultimate crew of outlaws for the biggest heist in the galaxy!
How To Travel To Other Planets In Star Wars Outlaws
As mentioned above, you will be able tojump to different systemsin Star Wars Outlaws relatively early in your adventure. Still, youmust proceed through the main story to a specific pointfirst, which can take a bit of time if you’re tackling side objectives in between missions (something you should be doing).
Before you can use the Trailblazer to jump to other systems and reach more planets, youmust first acquire the hyperdrive,which can be obtained bycompleting ‘The Wreck,‘theseventh mission of the main storyline.After completing this mission, the hyperdrive will automatically be installed, and you can jump to any planet you wish!
How To Jump To Other Systems In Star Wars Outlaws
After you have the hyperdrive installed in the Trailblazer,sit in the cockpitand select the ‘Take Off’ option via the A/X button. Once you’rein Orbit, you will now have access to the hyperdrive,which can be accessed bypressing righton theD-Pad.
Pressing right on the D-Pad willbring up a list of systems you can jump to,allowing you tojump to any of the three other planets at your willright from the jump.Select the system you wantto jump to,throw both analog sticks forward,and watch the pretty lights fly past you as youwarp to an entirely different Orbit.
Once you’rein the new system, fly toward the planet,and as youget near it,you will see a prompt pop on your screen telling you topress right on the D-Pad to initiate landing.From here, you will watch another cutscene showing Kay landing the Trailblazer on the new planet, where you can then explore to your liking!
Westrongly recommend jumping to every available planet as soon as possible,as you will unlock the ability tofast travel to them after landingon them, allowing you tosimply pull open the map, zoom out to their respective Orbit, select the planet, and instantly travelto them. No need to go through the rigamarole of getting in your ship, opening the Orbit list, and manually jumping to them!
