The String Light Puzzles

When you land in Bron, things start differentlythan they have on previous islands. You’ll be told to wait by the docks, andthe environment changesto resemble an apartment.

You’ll have towait until the door opensto rush out, but you won’t be greeted by trees.

When you come to a clearing, you’llwatch the surrounding string lights go dim. City skyscrapers and raging traffic block your path forward. You’ll need tointeract with the lights to brighten themback up, which willreveal a benchyou can rest on.

In the quiet, settle on the bench, then progress forward.

From there, you’ll head into the dark whereseveral figures resemble your humancompanion. However,do not approach them. If you do, they willcatch you and force you to restart. Instead, go around them, climbing over rocks and tombstonesto avoid the flashlights.

Avoid knocking over rocksas well, as this can alert the humans as well!

As more humans block your path, hide in the tall grass to remain hiddenuntil they pass. Then, slip behind them and make a run for it. You’ll come to a clearing where you’ll have tobrighten up the string lightsagain. This reveals another bench and clears up the traffic that blocks the bridge so you may cross.

The Castle Puzzles

After crossing the bridge, follow your humanto the ruins of a castle. The drawbridge is raised, so you’ll need to lower it to get in. However, there are more thanhalf a dozen people with flashlightsblocking your path.Sneak around themthrough the grass and behind cars toreach the tower on the left.

Ascend the staircase andhop onto the scaffoldingto find the ethereal bird at the top. Interact with it toanimate the birdand have it lower the drawbridge.

Make your way back down to the ground, thensneak into the castle.

From there, you’ll follow your companion through the castle until thepath is blocked by dark webbing. You’ll need toclimb up the debristo reach another bird. Interact with it toclear the path ahead.

In the next area, your goal is tounlock the giant door with a gold branchon it. To do this, you’ll need toadd color to the treethat grows in the courtyard. When you try toreach the bird on the right, the staircase breaks.

Instead, head to the tower on the leftand ascend the spiral staircase. Leap onto the scaffolding tofind a stone windowto look through.Realign the bridge, then make your way back down to the courtyard.Climb the rubble and staircaseto reach the bird and animate it.

This will add color to the tree anddrop a branchin its place! You’ll need this to unlock the door.

Once the fireworks start, there aremore people in the courtyardlooking to catch you.Sneak around them through the grass and carsto reach the golden branch.Pick it up and take it to the doorto open the way forward.

There’s more traffic and anarrow path up ahead, and a human with a flashlight in the middle of it all.Use the cars to climb acrossand brighten all the lights. Then, hurry up the staircase and follow your companionacross the top of the castle until you reach the grassy hills.

Another large door will block your path, but this time, you’ll need tofind a green mittento open it. Follow the green trail from the door to the place where the mitten is buried.Dig it up and bring it to the doorto pass through.

The Graveyard Puzzles

After opening the green door, run ahead into the open to pursue your companion. As you approach, you’llsee her become overwhelmedand the city sprouts up around you to keep you from her.

You’ll need tolight up the string lightsagain to clear the traffic, but your end goal is toreach the final bird. Once the lights are bright, rest on the bench that appears, thenproceed through to the next areanow that the traffic is clear.

Avoid the humansthat search for you as you progress through the cityscape.Use the tombstones as coverto reach the next section of the graveyard. You’llneed to illuminate the lightshere as well, but you’ll have toclimb along the gravestonesto reach the back section of the yard.

After you illuminate all the lights, rest on the benchand the traffic will clear. Run on ahead anddodge the last couple of humansby hiding.

Stayclose to the hillto climb through the rubble.

You’ll need topick up a glowing flowerby a birch tree to clear the dark webbing blocking the last part of the yard. Climb up the rocks andinteract with the birdto free your companion.

Here, you’ll need toavoid all of the humans actively walking towards you. You’re stuck in slow motion, but you can avoid them byrunning to the sidesand making your way forward.
