As with every Fallout installment, you’ll encounter a variety of factions to align with, and inFallout: London, one of these is the Vagabonds. They’ve been at war with the Dogs since forever, and while they could certainly use an extra pair of hands, you’ll need to prove your loyalty first.
To show you’re truly Vagabond material, you’ll start with a handful of odd jobs, like fixing Nelson’s busted radio. Just when you think you’ve had your fill of these menial tasks, things take an exciting turn with the “Meeting in Millwall” rescue quest, where you’ll finally earn the recognition you deserve.

How To Start The Meeting In Millwall Quest
The Meeting in Millwall quest kicks off automatically afterrepairing “Blind” Nelson’s old surveillance radio. Nelson’s quest will see you bouncing back and forth between gang members as youfetch various supplies and itemsfor them.
Once you’ve repaired the radio, you’ll learn from the comms thatYvette has gone off to Millwall, deep inDogs territory, to prevent her friendUma’s execution.

How To Complete The Meeting In Millwall Quest
The Meeting in Millwall quest revolves aroundbringing both Yvette and Uma back to safety.
As someone yet to be officially recruited by the Vagabonds, you’re still a new, unknown face around these parts, which makes you theperfect choice for the job.

Important Quest Preparations
Before diving into the deep end, make sure you’re properly geared up. A weapon - ranged and melee - is a given, but to ensure smooth sailing, you’ll also need a few more essentials to keep you afloat:
you’re able to snag some free Rad-X during the Charybdis quest in Thameshaven, and Clarity Classics can be easily crafted at a Chemistry Station.

Get To Millwall
Once “Blind” Nelson briefs you on Yvette’s predicament, you’ll have towalk your way over to Millwall across the River Thames, where Yvette has gone.
The fastest route is throughGreenwich Foot Tunnel South, and your quest marker will guide you there. Conveniently, it’s just ashort walk north of Greenwich Station. Youcan fast travel there.

As you head toward the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, avoid straying too far eastinto theCutty Sarkshipunless you fancy getting shot at by theJack Tars.
Once inside the Greenwich Foot Tunnel building, grab the Rad-Xby the entrance andconsume it right awaysinceradiation levels spikeonce you hit thespiral staircase.

With that said, watch out for gaps on the floor andbe on guard against Drowned Ghoulsas you descend.
A melee weapon is your best friend here, as these Ghouls are quick on their feet, making it hard to aim with a gun.

When you reach the flooded tunnel, make sure toswitch on your Torch. It’s pitch dark in there, and you’ll need every bit of light for navigation. From there, head north along the tunnelwhile dealing with any Ghouls that come your way.
At some point, you’ll need toswim underwater for a stretchuntil you’re able to walk again. Just when you think it’s smooth sailing from there, agush of fast-flowing water will rush at you. From there, simplycontinue your approach, handling any Ghouls that cross your path until you make it to thenorthern end of the tunnel.

Thenclimb another spiral staircasewhile dealing with theMittenlurks that hatch from the eggsalong the way. At the top, you’ll finally find thedoor that leads you straight into Millwall.
Meet Yvette In Millwall
Upon emerging from the Greenwich Foot Tunnel North building, thequest marker will update, directing you toYvette’s location near Tower Hamlet Police Stationin Millwall. On your way, you’llencounter some syndicate thugs, but they won’t bother you unless you give them a reason to.
When youreach Yvette, don’t be surprised ifshe brushes you off as a stranger, despite your previous interactions at the Swan and Mitre Pub. As she’ssurrounded by a bunch of IODs, she’s presumablykeeping a low profileand doesn’t want any unwanted attention.

To get Yvette’s attention, however, you’ll need aPerception stat of +6. This is where theClarity Classics come in handyif your Perception stat isn’t up to par.
Once Yvette’s willing to talk, you’ll learn she’shell-bent on rescuing Uma, who is currentlylocked up inside a prisoncell within the police station. However, going solo on this one would mean a suicide mission, soteaming up with her is essential.

Therefore, you have one of two options to go with:
Free Uma
Whatever course of action you go with,it doesn’t affect the outcome of the quest, asUma ends up getting rescued anyway. However, your approach hereaffects how you handle the remaining portionof the Meeting in Millwall quest.
Sneaking in is the safest option, as you’ll only deal with two guards inside. On the other hand, acting as a decoy means facing a whole lot more Syndicate goons, turning the situation into afull-blown firefight.
If you opt for the stealthy route, wait for Yvette to sound the alarm, thenhead into Tower Hamlet Police Station. Inside, take out theguard by the reception deskand be ready foranother guard to emerge from the dooron the left.
Once the area is secure, you can safelylockpick Uma’s cell to break her free. After a quick chat with Uma,make your way back outsideto meet Yvette.
Quest Rewards
After reuniting with Yvette, she’llcommend you for a job well doneand direct you to theirSmoking Lounge safehouse, which is just ashort walk southwest of Greenwich Station. Fast travel to Greenwich Station and head over to the safehouse to find Yvette and Uma already inside upon your arrival.
Speak to Yvettewhile going through her dialogue options, andJohnny “Shrapnel” will chime in over the radio comms, thanking you on behalf of all the Vagabonds. He will also suggestmeeting with Sebastian Gaunttofill him in on what transpiredduring the Meeting in Millwall quest.
This completes the Meeting in Millwall quest, andyou’ll earn some XPfor your efforts. From there, head back to the Swan and Mitre Pubto pick up your next major quest from the Vagabonds.
