However, this mod isn’t as simple as installing a new game on your PC. Rather, you’ll have to go through a couple of steps to play the game, especially if you own the base game on Steam.
How To Install Fallout London Through Steam
Installingsome of the best modsin the game takes time, but it’s all worth it, especially when Fallout London is concerned. The mod is almost as large as the base game, somake sure you have extra space (around 35 GB)on your drive.
DLCs You’ll Need
Before you think about installing Fallout London, please ensure that you have all the DLC items for the game installed on your PC, as the mod requires them:
This can be done by either installing each mod on Steam manually, or purchasing the game’sGame of the Year edition.
To verify that the mod runs smoothly on the Steam version of the game,you’ll have to install it on Fallout 4 version 1.10.163.0. Since Steam automatically downloads the latest version of the game, you can make use of theFallout London Downgrader Tool. To do this, download and install the tool, then follow these steps:
1. Choose yourSteam path/directory.
Add yourSteam ID and password.
This will start the installation process and willtake around ten minutesto complete.
Now that you have installed the “correct” version of Fallout 4 for this mod, it’s time to download the mod itself. Head toGOG’s official website, and add the mod to your cart.The mod is completely free, so you don’t have to worry about spending anything extra.
This process is almost the same as installing the Downgrader Tool, and takes less time. Upon downloading the mod and clicking on the installation button, all you need to do isselect your Steam path/directoryand the program will do the rest.
