In this land where power reigns supreme instead of justice, you embark on a journey to become a drug lord by gaining power. Of course, you will need to climb some steps to reach this level, and it won’t be an easy journey. While distributing the drugs you sell, you might find yourself low on health. So, what can you do to heal? The answer is in this guide.
How To Heal
If you’re a drug dealer frequently on the move, you might find yourselffalling from high places or getting into trouble with thugsin the early days on the unfamiliar terrain of Isla Sombra. After a fight or a fall, you may find yourself with low health.
There are a few ways to heal when your health is low. The first option is to do nothing andgradually heal over time.In this case, avoid jumping from high places and stay away from troublemakers to prevent dying. This method takes the longest but doesn’t require interacting with anyone or using any items.
If you need to jump from a high place and the slope is gentle, slide down andpress the backward movement keywhile descending. This will minimize the risk of fall damage.
If you want to heal in exchange for money, you canbuy various healing items from relevant shopsfound on most islands. Additionally, while not present on every island, some islands have white tents you may discover.
These tents willappear as white triangleson your map. Inside the tents labeled ‘Punto Medico’, you’llfind medics. By talking to them and paying minimum 7,000 dollars, they can heal your minor injuries. Although this may seem like a lot at the beginning of the game, it won’t be a significant amount once you grow your business.
You can find the first Punto Medico tent on the islandnorth of the Small Islandwhere you start the game. This tent is south of the General Store on this island, and if you follow the path to the General Store, you can’t miss it. There is also a Punto Medico tent next to the Pawn Shop on the island northwest of Small Island.
If you prefer not to spend money to heal, you canfind a red suitcase on the white tableinside the Punto Medico tents. At night, you cansteal healing items from this suitcase.However, remember that doing so willdecrease your reputationon the island but will increase your Street Cred.
