In the post-apocalyptic world ofOnce Human, players have many options when it comes to killing time, whether it be exploring the map, doing quests, grinding resources, or even building their own custom base.However, Once Human runs on seasons, meaning that your base and much of your progress will be reset; however, there is a way to keep your items safe.
Eternaland is an unlockable and separate server that allows players to not only build a permanent base, but also store some items when going into future seasons. Luckily, we’ve got you covered with everything there is to know.
How To Unlock Eternaland In Once Human
You will automaticallyreceive asmall questlinetounlock Eternalandatlevel 20. To get there, simplypress ‘ESC’to go to the menu, find and select thepalm tree symbolatthe top right, and click’Go To Eternaland.’
After a few short quests with Mitsuko, you are let off the leash and free to do what you please. To leave, go to themenuagain and select’Leave Eternaland’at the bottom of the screen.
You can also gostraight to Eternalandfrom the game’smain menuif you are just booting up the game.
What Is Eternaland
Eternaland is aprivateand near-infinite spacewhere you canbuild, farm, and fishto your heart’s content.Crafting and buildingdon’t take the usual resources;instead, they usean exclusive currency calledAstral Sand.
Astral sand can be acquiredduring eventsand throughselling resourcesin Eternaland. To see everything you can buy and sell, pressF8to open theIsland Shop. In this menu, you can also fulfill weeklyordersfor various resources that will giveAstral Sand and Astrealiterewards.
Finally, various resources can beexported to your main gamethrough the ‘Export Resources’ tab.
To prevent losing weapons,armor, ammunition, and medicineafter season resets,storing these items in Eternaland will keep them safeand they can be exported whenever needed.
Theisland’s permissionscan even be changed bypressing F7, including how thetime and weatherworks, whether other players are allowed, if PVP is enabled, and more.
Although you canfishandfarmin Eternaland, you willnot be able to gather resources from trees or rocks.
