During your time playingBlack Myth: Wukong, you’ll undoubtedly face a series of boss fights, but the game isn’t limited to just these encounters. While boss battles are a significant part of the experience, exploration also plays a crucial role and can be highly rewarding.

As you explore the various regions introduced in each chapter, you’ll encounter different characters in need of assistance. By choosing to help them and completing their quests, you’ll be rewarded with special items, access to secret locations, and more.

How To Start Chen Loong Quest

The Chen Loong questbegins midway through Chapter Threeafter you take the ride with the Turtle,which leads you to a new part of this snow region.

If you’ve already reached this location, simply travel toBitter Lake - North Shore of the Bitter Lake Keeper’s Shrine.

From there,follow the coastline to the left side until you spot a dragon-like character. As soon as you approach this character, you will triggera boss fight against Chen Loong.

Defeat him, and after the cutscene,make sure to talk to himwhere he will ask you to find a specific medicine for him.

In the Crounching Tiger Temple, the Destined One meets Xu Dog once more in Black Myth: Wukong.

How To Complete Chen Loong Quest

The medicine Chen Loong requestscan be obtained from Xu Dog, whom you met earlierin Chapter Two, just before the Tiger Vanguard boss fight. Xu Dog can be found at theCrouching Tiger Temple - Cellar Keeper’s Shrine.

Travel there, interact with Xu Dog, andchoose the Talk option. You need to verify that youexhaust all his dialogue until he gives you the Special-made Bone Strengthening Pellet.

With this key item,return to Chen Loong’s location, where he can now be foundnear the house by the coastline, andgive him the medicine.

Afterward, a cutscene will play where Chen Loong presents you witha scroll that teleports you to a secret hub location called Zodiac Village.

Here, you’ll find all the NPC merchants you previously encountered, includingChen Loonghimself,Shen Monkey,Xu Dog, andthe Blacksmith Ying Tiger.

This location will be added automatically to your Travel options at the Keeper’s Shrine under the nameRuyi Scroll - Zodiac Village.

Alternatively, you canuse theRuyi Scrollitem from your inventoryto travel there immediately from anywhere.
